The world was lit only by a weird red light. Everyone had been turned into statues, including all the Sailor Senshi except Rei. Rei said, "The Silence is closing in..." Something like a black tornado was tearing up the town. Then there was a flash of light, and she turned around to see a huge four-pointed crystal. She said, "You're the Messiah.. Please, save them!" The crystal split into three parts and disappeared. Rei turned and saw the tornado smash the Sailor Senshi. [Title screen]
Rei woke up(With Usagi snoring in her ear!) The girls were all at
Rei's house studying. Mako-chan asked her if something was wrong, but Rei
just said she'd had a strange dream. Then Usagi told them about a dream
she'd had about eating so much ice cream she had to go to the hospital.
She said, "Isn't that interesting?"
Ami got a very serious look on her face and said, "Usagi, we're in 3rd year junior high now. It's less then a year until the high school entrance exams." Usagi, Makoto, Minako and Ami talked about study some more. Rei just sat there, remembering her dream and seeing them destroyed.(Ami tried to explain something to Mako-chan, who got a funny look on her face.) Professor Tomoe was in his underground lab, finishing his first daimon egg. He called for "Kaolinite-kun" who appeared and said "I'm here." Tomoe said the daimon egg would find a person with a pure heart and steal the pure heart. He and Kaolinite were looking for the Holy Grail, and to find it, they needed the three talismans that were inside pure human hearts. The daimon egg flew up out of the lab and Kaolinite disappeared. (Right out of her lab coat!) Usagi got five points on the test. (One of the questions said, "One day Mr. Ikuhara went to Roppongi to do nanpa.(flirt) He was very tired after a big work. So he applied for comfort to any tender girl." Ikuhara is the name of the Series Director for Sailor Moon. Given which episode this is, I think we can guess what the "big work" is supposed to be.) Usagi was walking down the street thinking about what Mama and Papa(and Rei) would say if they saw the test. Rei was walking down the street the other way. They weren't watching where they were going, so they banged their heads together. Usagi and Rei went to a water fountain to get water for their heads. Rei said, "With a score like that, it's no wonder! Oh, well, you've got other good points beside studying." Usagi said that wasn't like the usual Rei. Rei said, "Oh?" (Rei was remembering seeing the others destroyed in her dream.) "Usagi, what's your dream for the future?"
Usagi sat next to Rei and said she hadn't really thought about it.
Rei said she wanted to be, "A singer/song writer, a model, a wonderful
seiyuu(!), and then..." She blushed.
Usagi said that sometimes Rei said mean things, but inside she really cared about people. At Hikawa Shrine, the daimon egg went into one of the trees. Kaolinite said, "The person with a pure heart should appear soon," just as Rei came up the steps. Usagi was sitting down looking at her test. She said, "Rei-chan was right. If Mamo-chan sees this he'll say..." Mamoru came up behind her and said "That's awful." Usagi jumped up and yelled. Mamoru looked at her like he was very disappointed. Usagi crumpled up her test and said she was going to go study with the others. Mamoru handed her her pack and said, "Then I'll have to go without dating you a while. Do your best!" Usagi started crying as he walked away. Rei was at the temple fire in her miko-san clothes, trying to find out what her dream meant. But she couldn't feel anything. She went outside and got a fortune from the booth. (I don't think we ever find out what it is.) She went to tie the fortune to the tree and said, "If something bad happens, please let the others be happy." Then the tree turned into the daimon Mikuuji. Rei ran off to lead the daimon away from her grandfather and Yuuichirou. [CM break] Rei pulled out her pen, after running some, but Mikuuji knocked it away and stuck her to the wall. Kaolinite appeared and said that now it was only a problem of time: If Rei didn't have a talisman, they'd try somone else. Mikuuji pulled open her top and started to extract Rei's heart crystal with the beam from her black star-mark. Usagi was coming to the shrine. Then she turned around and said it was better to go on a date with Mamoru. Luna jumped on her head and said, "No, you promised the others! If you don't..." and threatened Usagi with her claws. Then Usagi and Luna heard Rei's screams. Usagi and Luna came running up and saw Rei and Mikuuji. Usagi transformed, and said, "Stop! I won't forgive you for hurting my pure- hearted friend!" Mikuuji closed her top and said, "So, you're after pure hearts too?" Then she grabbed Usagi with her hair(really a bell-rope like on the shrine) and threw her against the wall. Then Ami, Makoto, and Minako appeared. They were going to transform, but Mikuuji shot fortune-telling sticks at them from a case on her back and trapped them against some trees. Artemis and Luna said she was much stronger then the previous enemies. Mikuuji looked at Sailor Moon. Then Tuxedo Kamen threw a rose at the daimon and told Sailor Moon to attack. Sailor Moon used the "moon princess halation," but Mikuuji threw a spiral of fortune-telling papers and knocked the cutie moon rod out of her hands. Then Mikuuji grabbed Sailor Moon, stuck her against a tree(yelling "Butsumetsu!") and bit her brooch. The ginzuishou stopped glowing and Sailor Moon's transformation reversed. Mikuuji took out Tuxedo Kamen with her fortune-telling sticks, then said all the problems were taken care of. She finished extracting Rei's heart, and it formed into a four-pointed crystal. Rei collapsed. Usagi was staring at Rei, remembering what they'd talked about earlier about the future. She screamed for Mikuuji to give Rei her heart back. Mikuuji said she was going to give the crystal to Kaolinite. (There was a rumble in the background.) Suddenly something hit the daimon, and she was very shook up. Then something else hit her and she seemed submerged. She turned back into the tree; then the daimon egg came out of the tree and broke in two. The sticks and stuff holding the girls disappeared. They gathered around Rei, trying to wake her up. Up in a tree, two people were studying the heart crystal. One of them said it wasn't a talisman, and tossed it down towards Rei. The crystal dissolved and Rei woke up as it went back inside her body. Usagi was so happy she started crying. Artemis and Luna saw the two people jump down out of the tree and run off. Kaolinite was in the lab, telling the Professor, "The heart crystal wasn't a talisman, but there was some unexpected resistance." Usagi said, "It looks like this is the beginning of a new battle..."
In the dark underground laboratory, the professor calls Kaolinite to
come forward. Professor questions: "What is our ultimate purpose
as the Death Busters?"
In a bad dream, Usagi sees herself losing her transformation ability as the Silver Crystal loses its power. Shattered, she falls on her knees. Ami, Rei, Makoto, and Minako appears in front of her.
Ami: "You're getting too tired from all the studying."
Rei's comment really angers Usagi. Still dreaming, she grabs Luna and tries to choke her. Luna immediately put Usagi back to her senses by repeatedly slapping Usagi's face with her paw. Usagi wakes up. After Usagi wakes up, she tells Luna that she's afraid the Silver Crystal might have lost its power forever, and she doesn't know what she is supposed to do if she can't transform anymore. Luna comforts Usagi and tells her that everything is going to be all right. Usagi doesn't seem to be too assured. Luna suggests Usagi to go and talk to Mamoru. In the park, Usagi tells Mamoru about her dream. Mamoru stands and thinks silently about it. Suddenly, something occurs to him and he says that he has something to show her. Mamoru bring Usagi to an old, run-down, and abandoned mansion. Mamoru and Usagi goes into the garden of the house through a big hole on the wall. Usagi asks Mamoru if they should be doing that. "Probably not" says Mamoru. While Usagi wonders why Mamoru would bring her to a place like that, she suddenly thinks that Mamoru brought her there so they can be alone, and shyly(?) tells Mamoru: "Don't have to come all the way to a place like this if you just want us to be alone." Mamoru says in the background: "Don't get any wrong ideas." Usagi closes her eyes, expecting Mamoru to kiss her. Instead, Mamoru holds up a brown kitten to Usagi's face, and the kitten licks Usagi's face. Usagi is very surprised, but she immediately becomes very delighted to see the kitten. Mamoru explains to her that the abandoned house is where all the straying cats are staying. Usagi names the kitten Cha-chan because the kitten is brown. Usagi decides to go into the actual house to take a look at other cats.
Inside the house, a small girl (Miharu) is feeding all the cats.
Usagi's voice catches her by surprise: "You've been feeding these
kittens?"
Meanwhile, the Daimon egg drifts into a bedroom, and fuses itself into a jigsaw puzzle with a picture of a cat on it. Over at Rei's Hikawa Shrine, Usagi tells the other 4 about the cats and asks them to take at least one each. Minako is the first to decline, saying that looking after Artemis is already a big enough of a problem for her. Artemis protests, but Minako silenced him quickly. Then Rei declines too. She takes the broom and hits a near-by tree. A flock of birds fly out of the tree. Rei says that she can't keep any cat because she has so many birds at home. The others are having problems trying to figure out what kind of excuse that is. Makoto follows: "Well, I live alone, so I don't think I know how to look after a cat..." Lastly, Ami says that she's too busy studying for tests, so she can't afford to divert her attention and energy to look after a cat. Usagi complains that everyone only cares about themselves. So Rei asks Usagi why she's not keeping any of the cats herself. "Well...I can barely afford to keep a big-eater like Luna at home..." Luna protests, but Ami quickly stuffs a sandwich into Luna's mouth. Ami suggests that they can take a bit more time to find owners for these cats, and they all agree. Miharu returns home with a couple of kittens following her. She tries to get the kitten to leave, but she couldn't. She decides she would just keep those 2 kittens in her room until her mother comes home. She opens the door to her room, and the 2 kitten springs into her room. One jumps onto her desk and broke apart a few pieces of the jigsaw on her desk. As soon as Miharu puts the first piece back light comes out of the puzzle, and Daimon "Nekonneru" forms from the puzzle pieces. Nekonneru attacks Miharu with claws, but Miharu gets away and runs out of her room. Nekonneru catches Miharu in the neck with her tail. Miharu slams the door shut on the tail. The end part of the tail comes off, and breaks up into puzzle pieces again after falling onto the floor. Miharu runs out of the house. Nekonneru slowly walks out of the room, and the puzzle pieces attach to her tail again. Miharu runs to the abandoned house and hides there with the 2 kittens, but then she hears a cat's growl, and sees Nekonneru looking at her from outside the window... Meanwhile, Usagi and the other four are just outside the house playing with the kittens. Rei is starting to think about keeping a cat for herself. Usagi says Rei should just keep a bunch instead of just one. "This is not a clearance sale," Makoto responds. Miharu screams inside the house. Usagi and the friends can't hear the scream, but the kittens seem to have heard it and ran inside the house. Usagi and the rest follow the cats into the house. In the house, Daimon "Nekonneru" is exatracting the heart crystal from Miharu. The cats temporarily distracted the Daimon, and the five arrives at the scene. Usagi tries to transform, but the Silver Crystal hasn't regained its power yet. The other four immediately transforms. Sailor Mars and Sailor Jupiter combine their attacks, but the attack was completely reflected back to themselves and strikes all four of them down. Usagi charges toward the Daimon, but only to be helplessly thrown against a wall. "Nekonneru" finishes extracting the heart crystal, but the Daimon is immediately hit by a yellow and a blue energy ball, and torn into pieces. Two silhouettes appear and take the heart crystal. After a quick examination, they come to the conclusion that it is not a talisman, so they return the crystal and start to walk out. The Daimon starts to revive. "Wait!" Minako tries to stop the two mysterious figures. "The enemy isn't completely destroyed yet! If you two are Soldiers like us, then fight together with us!" The reply was cold: "Make no mistake about it"; "Finding the talisman is the only thing we care about"; "You have to look after your own problems." The two silhouettes fade into the sunlight from the ouside and disappear. The daimon completely recovers, and with its tails, it starts throwing the four senshis against the walls. The Daimon's tails starts to attack Usagi as she tries to cover Miharu. The tail catches her around the neck. A single stem of red rose slashes the tail, and Usagi breaks free. Tuxedo Kamen appears and jumps down onto the floor from a window high up in the room. The Daimon attacks him, but his cane extends and pins the Daimon against the wall. The Daimon smiles and breaks the cane. It jumps toward Usagi and Mamoru; attacking them with its claws. Mamoru covers Usagi and gets severely hurt. He threw a rose at the Daimon's face and momentarily stuns the Daimon. Mamoru tells Usagi to run away, but Usagi refuses. Usagi puts her hands in Mamoru's and says that she wants to stay with everyone else. The Daimon jumps toward them again, but is repelled and shattered into pieces again by a light coming out of Usagi and Mamoru's hands. In the light, the Spiral Heart Moon Rod appears, and Usagi's brooch transforms into a heart-shaped brooch with a heart-shaped crystal in it. Nekonneru revives again. With the new brooch, Usagi transforms, and destroyed Nekonneru with her new power, Moon Spiral Heart Attack. Later, Usagi and her friends are looking at the cats in the garden of the abandoned mansion again. Makoto tells Usagi that they still have to find some owners for these cats. Usagi smiles and says that she's already found owners for them. The others all look surprised. "Rei keeps five, Minako-chan and Ami-chan keeps two each, and Mako-chan can take one", Usagi explains her plan. "We've already told you we can't keep these cats!", Rei protests. After thinking about it briefly, Usagi suddenly comes up with the idea of bring all those cats to the Animal Kingdom (Refer to ep.79). "How come you couldn't come up with this idea earlier?" says Rei, as all others stare at Usagi with a rather displeased look, and Usagi starts running...
Usagi was walking outside of the game center. Now that the girls were in third year of junior high, they had been studying at Rei's house everyday after school. Usagi didn't want to go, and debated whether she should go into the game center. Then Usagi spotted Minako inside, talking to Motoki. Usagi quickly went in and exploded! "Since everyone was trying hard, I had been persevering. But you're playing here!" Then Motoki told Usagi that he was the one who had asked Minako to come. Usagi then yelled at Motoki. Minako said, "Usagi-chan, the youth only comes once. If we fail the exam, we'll think.. oh, we should have played more at that time."
Then Minako took Usagi to a racing game.
The girls raced each other, but Minako was much better than Usagi.
When Usagi got lapped, Usagi tried harder, but crashed.
Minako said, "Try again!"
Then a pretty, yellow haired boy came and asked if he could race
against Minako.
Minako's eyes became hearts.
Then they played the game.
Minako took off and was racing well.
She thought that she wold show off to the guy.
But when she looked around, she saw the guy the sitting there.
He hadn't started driving yet.
Usagi pointed out to him that the game had started.
Then the guy said, "I know, but I have to give her a handicap."
Then the guy started racing. He drove very fast and easily shot past Minako. Minako couldn't believe it. Then he even lapped Minako.
After the race, Minako said, "I totally lost."
Usagi and Minako couldn't believe it as the girl and Haruka left
together.
As they were leaving, the girl said to Haruka,
"You became friends with them?"
After the couple left, Usagi said, "They are both very pretty." Minako noted that the boy's name was Haruka. Motoki came up to them and said that he had seen them around recently. Then Minako and Usagi left the game center and followed the couple. At a coffee shop, they saw the couple sitting together. Usagi said to Minako that those two might be boy friend and girl friend. Then Minako said, "I've decided. That's the ideal man that I've been looking for!" Usagi pointed out that Haruka had a girl friend, but Minako snapped back that they didn't know for sure. Minako and Usagi kept following the couple. Usagi said again that they looked like boy friend and girl friend. Then Minako told Usagi that she could go on alone. But Usagi said that she was interested in that cool guy too. Minako snapped back and said that Usagi had Mamoru. Then when the girl went on by herself, Minako said that she was probably not his girl friend. Haruka went into an auto repair shop by himself. Meanwhile professor Tomoe had created another daimon egg. Kaolinite said that she had already found the next target. The egg flew off to the auto repair shop and imbedded itself into the racing car.
Minako and Usagi were sneaking around the auto repair shop.
Minako said to Usagi, "Hurry up and go to Rei-chan's house."
[CM break]
Haruka said, "Little kitty, how long are you going to hide?"
Meanwhile at Rei's house, Rei sneezed. Ami, Mako, and Rei were trying to study. They wondered about Minako and Usagi. Rei said that they must be chasing after some handsome boys. Haruka said that he liked coming to this garage because of Kameda, the mechanic who worked very hard so had can become good enough to work on cars that are at the top of the world. Michiru pointed out that Haruka wanted to become a top racing driver. But Haruka said that that used to be his dream. His current dream was to, "Do something that only I can do. For that I'll sacrifice anything." Minako said that Haruka was cool. When Kameda finished working on the car, the daimon egg came alive and grabbed him. The daimon egg turned the car into a monster. Then the daimon started to take the pure heart out of Kameda. Minako and Usagi went to try to stop the daimon. But they slipped and fell into a bunch of tires and cans. After the daimon got the heart crystal, it turned into a car and sped off to Kaolinite. When Minako and Usagi got out of the rubble, they transformed. [Venus star power make up had some music from the movie. Moon cosmic power make up also had some long music.] The daimon was speeding down a canal (without the water). Haruka and Michiru went after them on a motorcycle. They threw something to try to stop the daimon. The daimon quickly stopped and commented, "Good thing I was wearing a helmet."
Then Sailor Moon and Sailor Venus, who came by bicycle which Sailor
Venus was pedaling, arrived.
Sailor Venus said, "The pure heart of a guy who goes after a dream.."
The daimon went to attack Sailor Moon and Sailor Venus. But a voice called out, "Wait!"
Then two more Sailor Senshi appeared.
"Invited by a new age, I'm the magnificent Sailor Uranus."
Sailor Moon was surprised that the mysterious senshi were also Sailor
Senshi.
Sailor Uranus used her world shaking attack and Sailor Neptune used her deep submerge attack. But it didn't destroy the daimon. It just immobilized it. Then Sailor Moon used the moon spiral heart attack and destroyed the daimon. Sailor Uranus looked at the heart crystal and found out that it wasn't the talisman. So Sailor Uranus threw it to Sailor Moon and told her to give it back to the owner. Later all of the girls were at the game center, and Minako and Usagi told everyone their story. Rei accused Usagi and Minako of chasing guys instead of studying. Then Ami said that it wasn't time to be arguing. She said that they had to investigate the new Sailor Senshi. Rei said that Luna and Artemis were doing it. [Luna and Artemis didn't appear at all in this episode.]
Then Michiru and a short yellow haired girl walked into the game center.
Minako immediately asked Michiru about Haruka.
Michiru answered, "She's with me."
Usagi went over to Mamoru's place, as she had had some cookies for him. She said that they were a little burnt, but since she had put a lot of love into it, she thought that it would be ok. But nobody answered the door. Then Usagi found that the door was open. Usagi went inside and heard some classical music. She said that it (the room, the atmosphere) was very adult (meaning mature). Usagi picked up a book that Mamoru left lying on the table. It was a book about genetic engineering. Usagi quickly commented that since Mamoru was a college student, his level was very high. Then Usagi accidently spilled her cookies. When she saw her cute, burnt cookies (shaped like rabbits), she felt that it didn't match Mamoru. Usagi started to feel sad and cry. Then Mamoru came back and asked what Usagi was crying about. Usagi cried out, "I failed in being your wife!" Mamoru told Usagi not to cry. Then he picked up one of the cookies and ate it. He made a funny face at the taste, but he said that it was ok. Mamoru also said, "I want you to be the way you are now." Then Usagi became very happy.
Later Usagi was in the park with her friends, and she told everyone
about what had happened at Mamoru's place.
Mako said, "Too bad.
I hope he didn't get a stomach ache."
Usagi was about to get mad. But she held it inside and just laughed. Usagi said that she was different that day. Then Usagi went to Ami and asked her to teach her about genetic engineering. Usagi also asked Mako to teach her cooking. Usagi said, "I've decided. I want to get closer to the level of Mamoru, even if it's a little bit." Usagi also asked Minako about English, and Rei about wearing a kimono. [Minako said, "Why?" - very cute!] Usagi said that it was her training for being a wife. Then Minako and Mako said that they had something to do, and quickly took off. Ami told Usagi that she should start with the basics of chemistry and biology at school before going onto genetic engineering. But Rei cut in and said that it was no use to pay attention to Usagi, because she would just get bored and quit. Rei and Usagi argued with each other, and Rei left. Then Luna told Usagi that everyone was tired of trying to teach her. Usagi started crying, and Luna realized that Usagi was serious this time.
Michiru was playing a violin in the park, and Haruka was with her.
Haruka said, "There's no mistake that there is a strong, evil force
in this town.
When the force becomes strong, that monster attacks the people."
Then Usagi appeared and listened to the violin music. Usagi said, "This is it. This is the ideal princess." Haruka and Michiru spotted Usagi and asked what she wanted. Usagi said that she was yearning after Michiru, who was playing the violin. Then Haruka threw a lemon to Michiru. Michiru caught it with the violin and bounced it around, while still playing the music. Usagi was very surprised. Then Haruka went off on her motorcycle, saying that she was feeling upset about something. Michiru stopped playing and went to talk with Usagi. They went walking together, and Usagi asked if Michiru was going to be a violinist. Michiru said that she didn't know what to do yet. Usagi said that she was that way too. Then a boy came up to Michiru and said that he was a fan of her paintings. Usagi looked around and saw that the painting on display was by Michiru. Usagi then realized that Michiru wasn't sure of what to do because she had too many talents. Later when they were outside, Usagi took the violin and started playing, making screeching noises and scaring all of the people in the park. Later Usagi told Michiru and Haruka about Mamoru and herself. Michiru told Usagi that she shouldn't give up. She gave Usagi a pair of tickets to a violin recital that evening. Usagi was very happy. Meanwhile professor Tomoe had made another daimon egg, and Kaolinite sent it off. [CM break] Usagi and Mamoru (who was wearing a tuxedo without a mask) went to the violin recital. Then they ran into all of Usagi's friends and Luna. Her friends apologized to her about earlier that day. Rei said that she would make sure that Usagi stayed awake during the recital. Ami had even brought some music text books. The daimon egg flew to the violin recital and imbedded itself into the violin.
Inside the violin recital hall, Michiru and Haruka were sitting in the
box seats.
Haruka looked around and spotted Usagi and her friends.
Haruka saw Mamoru and said, "He's a cool looking guy."
During the recital, Usagi was staring at Mamoru instead of looking straight forward at the violinist. So Rei hit her, and Usagi and Rei started arguing. Then everyone around them told them to be quiet. The daimon took over the violin and turned into a monster. The violin monster send out waves to knock everyone out. Then it started stealing the heart crystal from the violinist. The girls ran outside to escape. Then they transformed. "Mercury star power.. Mars star power.. Jupiter star power.. Venus star power.. Moon cosmic power.. make up!"
The violin daimon started attacking.
Sailor Moon appeared and said, "Wait!
Thanks for destroying the important, important romantic night."
The violin daimon attacked by releasing some force from her mouth by singing. The Sailor Senshi got caught and couldn't move. But Tuxedo Kamen threw a rose at the daimon. He said, "In a beautiful night with the moon, a serenade fits. Noise should disappear!" Then Sailor Jupiter used her sparkling wide pressure attack against the daimon. But the daimon jumped out of the way, and Sailor Jupiter's attack hit the building and did some damage. Sailor Mercury told Sailor Jupiter to be careful because there were lots of people inside. The daimon jumped in front of the hall and urged the Sailor Senshi to attack again.
The Sailor Senshi couldn't attack, but the deep submerge attack
came and hit the daimon.
Then Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune appeared.
Tuxedo Kamen asked, "Uranus, Neptune, who are you?"
Sailor Mars and Sailor Jupiter got upset at Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune. Then the daimon recovered and attacked. Sailor Moon quickly jumped to Sailor Neptune and knocked her out of the way of the attack. Then Sailor Uranus used the world shaking attack and hit the daimon. Tuxedo Kamen told Sailor Moon to attack. Sailor Moon used the moon spiral heart attack and defeated the daimon.
Sailor Uranus got the heart crystal and looked at it.
But it wasn't the talisman.
Sailor Venus said, "Uranus, Neptune!"
As they were walking down the street after returning back to normal, Usagi said that it was too bad that they couldn't listen to the beautiful music. Then Mamoru said that he would treat her, and Usagi became very happy. Rei grabbed Mamoru and asked him if he would treat them too. Then all of the girls gathered around Mamoru. Usagi was bouncing around telling everyone to get away from Mamoru. Michiru and Haruka were watching the girls, and Michiru said, "They're so cute." [CM for spiral heart moon rod and cosmic moon heart compact] "Usagi's power of love made this rod appear."
Usagi was tired and didn't feel like going to Rei's to study. The weather was nice and she said that it was like wasting her youth. Luna scolded her, but Usagi said, "I want to go on a date with Mamo-chan." Then Usagi saw Mamoru's motorcycle, and rushed to him. But Usagi saw another girl with him, and became shocked. [title screen] Usagi wondered who the girl was, but it was Unazuki. Motoki had forgotten something, so Unazuki was going to bring it to him. Then Mamoru had come by on his motorcycle, so he had given her a ride. Usagi felt very relieved after hearing this.
Usagi went to the coffee shop where Unazuki worked.
"A kiss with Mamo-chan!" Usagi yelled out.
Then Usagi quickly lowered her voice.
Unazuki had asked Usagi if she had kissed Mamoru.
Then Unazuki saw that Usagi blushed and couldn't answer.
So she thought that Usagi still hadn't kissed Mamoru.
Then Unazuki said that it was all right because Usagi was just in
junior high, and should be studying.
Usagi laughed and then asked Unazuki (who was a high school student),
if she had kissed a boy.
Then Usagi heard Haruka laugh.
Michiru was there too.
Haruka said, "Dreaming about a kiss, it's very cute."
Haruka and Michiru were walking outside. Michiru said that those kids (Usagi and Unazuki) were very cute. Haruka said that it was dangerous because they were so pure; they might get attacked. Meanwhile professor Tomoe asked Kaolinite if she had found the next target. Kaolinite said that it was a girl with a pure heart that dreamt of a first kiss. Professor Tomoe then said, "A kiss. I haven't done that for many years." Then he broke out into an insane laughter. Unazuki was at home cleaning her room. She wondered to herself if she was thinking about her fist kiss too much. Then the daimon egg flew into Unazuki's room and imbedded itself into the vacuum cleaner. Then the vacuum cleaner turned into the daimon monster. The daimon attacked Unazuki and took out her heart crystal. After getting the crystal, the daimon broke out of the room and went outside. When the daimon was outside with the heart crystal, Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune appeared. Sailor Uranus said, "I won't give that to you!" Then the daimon and the two Sailor Senshi started fighting. They attacked each other and the heart crystal went flying. When they realized it, the heart crystal was nowhere to be seen.
Usagi and her friends arrived at Unazuki's house.
Luna said, "We were wondering where you had gone to."
Usagi had kept ringing the doorbell, but nobody answered. Usagi wondered if Unazuki was still working. Then Usagi pushed the door and it opened. When they all went inside, they saw Unazuki on the floor. [CM break] The girls all rushed to Unazuki. Artemis noticed that she had her heart crystal taken. Minako said that they had to hurry and get it back. Meanwhile the daimon went looking for the heart crystal. It had a talisman sensor, so it found it before Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune.
Ami used her computer to try to track the heart crystal.
She said, "It's 10 km to the north.
I'm sorry, that's all I can find out."
Then Unazuki (who was in the bed) got up and started talking. She was in a zombie-like state, and said, "Kiss. I want to kiss." Usagi went to her and reminded her about her dream of the perfect first kiss. But Unazuki said, "I don't care who it is. I want to kiss." Ami said, "It must be because her pure heart was taken." Then Rei used her akuryou taisan sign to neutralize Unazuki. She said that she would watch Unazuki, and told the others to go look for the heart crystal. When they were out on the streets, Usagi didn't know what to do. But Ami noticed on her computer that the daimon was 3 km away from them. Then Mamoru came by on his motorcycle and offered Usagi a ride. They took off in the direction of the daimon. After a while, Mamoru and Usagi came to a garbage dump and spotted the daimon. Usagi quickly transformed into Sailor Moon. Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune were fighting the daimon. The daimon said that she had gotten it, and that they would have to defeat her to get the heart crystal. Then Sailor Moon appeared and said, "I won't give anyone that pure heart crystal! I won't forgive you for going after a girl who dreams of a first kiss with a nice boy!" The daimon attacked Sailor Moon, and Sailor Moon just escaped. But Sailor Moon was thinking about Unazuki. Then as the daimon was going to blast Sailor Moon, the rose came flying and hit the daimon. Tuxedo Kamen appeared and said, "The crystal of a pure heart does not fit someone with a dirty heart. Give that crystal back and become one with this steel trash." Tuxedo Kamen said, "Sailor Moon, show it the power of justice." Sailor Moon then got up and used the moon spiral heart attack against the daimon. The heart crystal went rolling and Sailor Moon went to try to get it. But Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune went after it too. Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Kamen fought against Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune over the heart crystal.
Sailor Moon said, "Give it back.
If I don't return it, Unazuki-chan will die!"
Then Sailor Neptune got the heart crystal and realized that it wasn't the talisman. Sailor Uranus was disappointed. Then Sailor Moon grabbed the heart crystal. The other Sailor Senshi finally arrived at the scene. Sailor Moon said that they had to hurry back, and they all rushed back to Unazuki.
After seeing the others leave, Sailor Neptune said,
"I wonder if that girl who dreams of the first kiss will be all right."
At Unazuki's place, the girls returned the heart crystal, and Unazuki was recovering. [in the background, Tuxedo Mirage started playing. - very nice!]
Usagi said, "Unazuki's body is.."
Mamoru said, "It's a good thing that Unazuki-chan recovered."
Kaolinite went to professor Tomoe, and
said that there must be a talisman in the pure heart of lovers.
She asked for another daimon egg.
The professor said, "How many daimon eggs do you have to waste
before you can get the talisman?
What about the Sailor Senshi who is getting in our way?
If it stays this way, no matter how many eggs we use,
we can't expect anything."
[title screen] At school, Umino had called Usagi so that they can talk in private. Umino said that something was wrong with Naru recently. He said that it seemed like Naru was hiding something from him. He thought that Naru might have found another boy friend. Usagi said that she would try to find out something from Naru. Later Usagi talked with Naru. Naru told her that Umino was acting strange recently. She thought that Umino might have another girl friend. Then Usagi laughed and said that Umino wouldn't have a girl friend. She added that there is no way that other girls would like him. Naru quickly got a little upset at that remark and told Usagi that there were some good points about Umino. Then Naru left. Usagi realized that Naru liked Umino too. So she decided that all she had to do was to get them together by solving this misunderstanding. Usagi went over to Rei's house and asked her for some help. Rei said that since they both liked each other, it was simple. She said that there was a perfect event for it. There was a contest at Lover's Park for boy friends and girl friends to test their love for each other. By making Umino and Naru enter it, they can express their love to each other. Then Usagi said that she wanted to enter with Mamoru. But Rei said that if Usagi won, it would make Umino and Naru even more sad. Later Usagi brought Umino and Naru to Lover's Park. Umino ran up to the place where the contest was going to be held. But when she got there, Usagi discovered that it was too late to enter because all of the entry slots had been filled. Usagi was shocked. Then Umino and Naru finally caught up to Usagi. Naru asked what was up, and Usagi told her about the contest. Then as Usagi was feeling depressed, both Umino and Naru took out their contest tickets and showed Usagi. They had kept it a secret from each other because they were embarrassed. That night Umino was very psyched up and said that he had to get a lot of sleep for the next day's event. Umino got into his bed and started counting sheep. But Umino was very nervous and couldn't fall asleep right away. Meanwhile the daimon egg imbedded itself into the hear statue at the top of Lover's Park. In the middle of the night, Umino was up to 30003 sheep, and still couldn't sleep. The next day, Haruka felt that there was an evil presence in the park. Michiru knew that the daimon was going to appear. They were determined not to give it the talisman.
Umino was very nervous as the contest was about to begin.
Usagi told both Naru and Umino to try hard.
Then they ran into the other girls, who had come to cheer on
Umino and Naru.
Minako said, "Where there's love, Minako has to be there."
The game started and Usagi cheered for Naru.
Mako yelled out, "Umino."
In the first game, all of the girls got behind a wall and stuck out their hand from a hole. The boys had to find their girl friends. Haruka went first and immediately went to a girl's hand. Usagi and the others were surprised. Ami said, "I wonder if it's that kind of relationship." The announcer told Haruka to call out the name of his girl friend. Haruka got upset, but she called out Michiru's name. Then Michiru answered and came out. Umino was next and he tried to find Naru's hand. Umino recalled the time when Naru had given him a handkerchief. He remembered that Naru had a bandaid on her finger. So Umino went to a girl's hand which had a bandaid. Then Umino called out Naru's name. But it was a different girl! Everyone laughed. Usagi was disappointed in Umino, and Umino still couldn't believe it. He said that the bandaid was proof. Naru was feeling very disappointed, and thought, "How can I have the bandaid from half a year ago." But she was also very happy that Umino had remembered about her. Haruka was watching and thought that Umino was weird for doing so much for just a game. But Michiru said that it was wonderful that he can be so intense. It wasn't just a game to him. [CM break] Then they had many other games, and Haruka and Michiru kept winning everything. Umino was messing up everything, although he was trying very hard. Then they came to the last game. It was the "confess your love" game. The announcer said that the winner of this game has the purest heart. The announcer called on Haruka, but Haruka said, "The show is over. We're going to quit. We just entered for fun, and we might win if we continue. The winner should have a real love. Love is everything! Bye." Then Haruka and Michiru left the stage. After the other couples had their chance, the last couple was Umino and Naru. Umino was very nervous, but he just said what was in his heart. [In the background, the music from Tuxedo Mirage started playing softly.] "Naru-chan is always very bright (cheerful), and she is like the sun. I always do klutzy things, and I'm probably not fit for Naru-chan. Why is Naru-chan going out with me? It might just be god's whim. But I'm just happy to see Naru-chan's smile, which is like that of an angel. To protect that beautiful smile, I, Umino Gurio, can die." Everyone started to get tears. When the announcer called on the audience to judge them, everyone cheered. Then the announcer declared Umino and Naru as the winner. So Umino and Naru got to go to the heart statue to declare their love. But when they got close, the daimon came out of the statue. Naru was going to escape, but Umino said that he wanted to get the statue, which was the symbol of their love. The daimon said that the talisman existed in the pure heart and attacked Umino. "Moon cosmic power, make up. Mercury star power, make up. Mars star power, make up. Jupiter star power, make up. Venus star power, make up." The girls transformed.
Sailor Moon appeared and said, "Wait!
For destroying the love that they just got, even if the cupid of love
forgives you, I wont!
For love and justice, I'm the pretty soldier Sailor Moon."
Then Kaolinite appeared in the sky.
The daimon spit out handsome guys, one to each of the Sailor Senshi.
They said, "Let's dancing." [in English]
Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune appeared.
Kaolinite said, "Daiheart, give them a partner for the dance too."
When the monsters that had captured the Sailor Senshi disappeared, Sailor Uranus said to them, "'It's no time to be fooled by an illusion!"
Kaolinite said, "No matter how much you defeat them, I can make more
daimon eggs."
Sailor Uranus looked at Umino's heart crystal and found out that it wasn't the talisman. So she returned the crystal to Umino. When the daimon was going to attack again, Sailor Moon used her moon spiral heart attack and destroyed it. Later Umino and Naru went to the statue and turned on the switch to light up the statue. Everyone cheered for Umino and Naru.
Rei said, "It turned out well."
Umino said that he would make fried lobster the next day because he was so happy. Naru wasn't sure how that was going to taste..
After school, Usagi was with Mako and she was feeling hungry.
Usagi didn't feel like going to study.
But Mako said that she would cook some roast beef sandwich for everyone.
Usagi said, "Really? Lucky!
It's nice to have a friend who is talented at cooking."
Haruka was speeding by on her motorcycle, and thinking by herself. She was heading directly for Usagi and Mako. Haruka finally spotted them at the last minute and skidded to a stop. Mako had dove and grabbed Usagi to take her out of the way of the motorcycle. Haruka immediately went to the girls, and said, "I'm sorry. Are you all right? Are you injured?" Usagi recovered and said that she was all right. Usagi and Haruka looked at Mako, who was bleeding a little bit. But Mako was in a trance as she stared at Haruka. Haruka said, "I was thinking to myself and wasn't paying attention to the road. There's no excuse, it's my fault." Then she turned to Mako and said, "You're very brave and think about your friends." But Mako was just staring at Haruka, as Haruka used her scarf to tie Mako's wound. Usagi had noticed the way Mako was looking at Haruka.
After Haruka left Usagi thanked Mako for saving her.
But Usagi also said, "Mako-chan, no matter how cool Haruka-san is,
she's a girl."
Later, Michiru was floating in the sports club pool and she remembered a
conversation when Haruka had said,
"We have to find the Messiah.
The talisman which is the key to the Messiah is locked in three pure hearts.
I'll get it for sure."
Michiru got out of the pool and called Haruka on their sailor watches, while Haruka watched Usagi, Mako, and Ami walk to school together, Mako asked if Usagi knew Haruka's address. Usagi asked what Mako was going to do with the address, and Mako replied that she had to return the scarf. Kaolinite was in the air and spotted Mako. She said that Mako would be her next target. She made the wind blow, causing Haruka's scarf to fly out of Mako's hands. Mako went after it, saying that she wouldn't be able to go see Haruka without it. The scarf went under a car in a parking lot. When Mako was reaching for it, the daimon egg attached itself to the scarf. Then as Mako's hand touched it, the daimon monster grabbed Mako. "I'm going to take you pure heart." Usagi and Ami arrived and saw the daimon attacking Mako. "Moon cosmic power, make up!" and "Mercury star power, make up!" Usagi and Ami transformed. Sailor Mercury used her shine aqua illusion attack to free Mako from the daimon's ribbons. Sailor Moon appeared and said, "What are you doing so early in the morning? Get away from that girl!" Kaolinite saw the Sailor Senshi and told the daimon to leave. Then both Kaolinite and the daimon flew away. Haruka and Michiru (or was is Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune) saw the whole thing and found out that Mako was the next target.
Haruka said, "I couldn't tell if that was the talisman or not.
Sailor Moon got in the way."
[CM break - Sailor Moon S sausage CM] After school Usagi went to Mako's classroom to get her so they can go home together. But one of Mako's classmates told Usagi that Mako had already left. Usagi ran and caught up with Mako at the parking lot. When Usagi asked what Mako was doing, Mako said that she was looking for the scarf that she had dropped in the morning. Usagi was going to warn her that Haruka was a girl, but Mako said that it wasn't anything like that.. Then Haruka came bay in her sports car. Haruka said, "I'm glad I was able to meet you. I have something to do. Can you come with me?" Mako quickly said yes, and Usagi tried to warn her again. But Haruka said that there wasn't any thing wrong with girls going on a drive together. Michiru was also in the car.
While they were driving, Haruka introduced Michiru as her classmate.
Mako asked them how old they were.
Michiru answered, "First year of high school."
Meanwhile at Rei's house, Usagi told everyone that Mako was on a date.
Everyone was shocked.
Usagi said, "But the other person is a girl."
The girls called Mako on the communicator and found out that she was at a nearby park. The girls said that they would go right away. But Mako said that she would be all right as she would beat up the enemy. Usagi appeared on the communicator and tried to say something about going out with Haruka. Then the other girls also tried to have their say. Mako said that it wasn't like that. Then the daimon appeared and started attacking Mako. Haruka and Michiru tried to help Mako, but Mako told them to escape. Then the daimon blasted Haruka and Michiru. Kaolinite told the daimon to take the pure heart from Mako.
The daimon attacked Mako, and in the bushes, Sailor Uranus and
Sailor Neptune were just watching.
Sailor Neptune said, "It's going according to plan."
Then the daimon got the heart crystal and Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune appeared. Sailor Uranus said, "Sorry we need the talisman." Kaolinite told the daimon to attack the Sailor Senshi, and they started fighting. Mako was lying on the ground, without her heart crystal. She heard the fighting and thought to herself, "They were hiding all this time. They watched Haruka get beaten up." Sailor Moon appeared and said, "That's enough! The bad one who takes the pure heart of a girl! In the name of a pretty fighter, I won't forgive you!" Sailor Venus used her venus love me chain attack, and Sailor Mars used her burning mandala attack. Sailor Neptune found out that Mako's heart crystal wasn't the talisman. Sailor Moon went up to them and asked for the crystal. Sailor Uranus gave it back, and Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury went to return the crystal to Mako's body. Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus saw that Sailor Venus and Sailor Mars were having a hard time against the daimon. Sailor Neptune used her deep submerge attack to blast the daimon. Sailor Mercury told Mako to rest, but she didn't want to. Then Mako transformed into Sailor Jupiter. Sailor Jupiter used her sparkling wide pressure attack against the daimon. Then Sailor Moon used her moon spiral heart attack to finish it off.
After the daimon died, Sailor Jupiter saw that Sailor Uranus and
Sailor Neptune were going to leave.
She said, "Wait!
I don't know the reason, but you always come to steal the pure heart
like a thief.
You're the same as the daimon."
Sailor Jupiter and Sailor Uranus started fighting. But Sailor Uranus hit Sailor Jupiter, and she crumpled to the ground. As Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune were running away, Sailor Neptune said, "How childish. You shouldn't have fought that hard." Then Sailor Neptune noticed that Sailor Uranus was bleeding. Sailor Uranus said, "That girl is very strong." Mako found Haruka's scarf lying on the ground. Ami discovered Haruka and Michiru by the bushes. Mako immediately went to Haruka, who was still lying on the ground unconscious. Haruka regained consciousness, and asked about the monster. Michiru said that the Sailor Senshi had appeared to beat it up. Mako was very happy that Haruka was all right, and cried. She said, "I'm sorry. Because you were with me.." Mako discovered that Haruka's arm was bleeding. Then Mako returned the scarf to Haruka. Mako said, "Haruka is very wonderful. Someday I want to become a wonderful woman like her." Later, the other girls spoted Mako shopping for a new outfit, with a scarf.
At school, the principal had found a book that Ami had forgotten. He went to Ami and gave it back to her. He asked if there was something on Ami's mind, because she usually didn't do things like this (forget a book). Usagi came to the corner and spotted Ami. She overheard the conversation between the principal and Ami. The principal said, "I heard that you were helping out some of the bad students." Usagi was shocked to hear this. The principal continued, "I hope it's not getting in the way of your studies." Usagi started feeling pretty bad. "If they are starting to pull you down.." the principal said, and Usagi crumbled to the ground. Then the principal finished, "Come tell me."
Ami said, "Even if you're the principal, I don't think you should say
things like that."
Usagi was thinking about what the principal said. Then Naru came and spotted Usagi. She said that she wouldn't let Usagi forget about her promise to treat her to pizza. After the principal left, Ami was alone and thought to herself, "Just studying.." [title screen]
Ami was sitting by herself in a park.
Mamoru came by and asked what was up.
Ami said, "Mamoru-san, if you take studying away from me,
what would be left?"
Mamoru was surprised.
Ami said, "I'm sorry for saying such weird things.
But I was just thinking recently.
My mother is a doctor, and ever since I was little I decided to
be a doctor.
So I just studied hard, thinking that it was my dream to be a
good doctor."
Then Ami laughed and started to feel a little better. She went off to go swimming before going to study with her friends. As Ami was running off, Mamoru said, "You're very brilliant the way you are now." Kaolinite was in the air. She saw Ami going to the pool and thought that the famous genius girl would have a pure heart. Ami didn't see anyone else in the pool. She went in and swam around. [some very nice pictures of Ami swimming] But Michiru was also in the pool, and she spotted Ami swimming. Ami spotted Michiru too, and they both swam very gracefully underwater. When they both came up for air, Michiru asked, "Were you something from the ocean in your previous life too?" Ami said that she didn't know. Then Michiru swam up to Ami and said, "Let's race." Then a voice (Haruka's voice) said, "Ready! Go!" Ami and Michiru raced tot he other end of the pool. While they were racing Michiru thought to herself, "This girl is fast."
Ami and Michiru touched the wall at the same time.
Ami said, "It's a tie."
But Michiru just swam to the edge of the pool and silently got out.
Haruka, who was lying down on top of the diving board, said,
"Oh no, you made her cry."
Ami was feeling depressed about herself. The other girls were trying to study at Rei's house. When Ami appeared, Mako, Minako, and Rei rushed to her to get help. But Usagi stopped them and pushed them away. "No! Everyone, studying is something that you should do with your own power!" Everyone was shocked. Rei wondered if they should take Usagi's temperature. But Ami said that it was all right and told everyone to ask her all that they wanted. Usagi still said, "Ami-chan has to study a lot to become a doctor. She's different from us. If anyone gets in her way, I won't forgive you!" Everyone was shocked again. Usagi said to Ami, "All you have to do is just study." Ami then said that she had forgotten something and left. As Ami ran off Usagi noticed that there were tears in her eyes. Then as Rei and the others were going to resume studying, Usagi said that she had also forgotten something and ran out. Usagi was running around looking for Ami. She felt that she had said something wrong, and was worried. Ami was by herself by a river. She was disappointed that even Usagi had said only studying about her. Then Haruka came by on her motorcycle. She said that Michiru wanted a rematch and offered Ami a ride. But Ami said that she would walk by herself. Luna and Artemis were walking down the street. Luna spotted Ami and went after her. Meanwhile Professor Tomoe had created another daimon egg and sent it off. [CM break] Ami and Michiru were going to race again. Luna was outside of the sports club after following Ami. Artemis had found Usagi and told her that Ami was at the sports club. Then they both rushed there. Ami and Michiru were going to have a 100 meter free style race. While they were racing, Ami thought, "She's fast. It's the first time I raced against someone like this. I might lose. Why am I trying so hard? Is it because I don't want to lose? That's no it! It's because I don't want to run away from it. If I give up now, it would be running away. It's important to no escape and go all out."
Ami and Michiru finished in a tie.
Michiru asked, "How was it?
Wasn't it great to go all out?"
Then as Ami was going to swim again, the daimon egg came into the pool. The daimon formed and started attacking Ami. Usagi and Artemis arrived at the sports club. Luna was outside and saw that the daimon had come again. "Moon cosmic power, make up!" Usagi transformed. Sailor Moon appeared at the pool and said, "Stop it! When I came to find my friend, there was one that wasn't invited.." Kaolinite appeared and told the daimon to just take the heart crystal. Sailor Moon got attacked by Kaolinite. Then the daimon got the heart crystal from Ami. Sailor Moon (with some tears) said, "Give it back! Ami is nicer than anyone. She's smarter than anyone. She's going to be the best doctor in the world, and she's my very, very important friend." Kaolinite then saw that it wasn't the talisman. Tuxedo Kamen appeared and threw a rose at Kaolinite. "One who damages the pure heart of a young girl. I won't forgive you!" Kaolinite then told the daimon to fight Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Kamen. The daimon and Tuxedo Kamen fought. After the daimon got hit into the pool, Sailor Moon used her moon spiral heart attack and finished off the daimon. Then Sailor Moon returned the heart crystal to Ami. Ami recovered and said, "Sailor Moon, thank you."
Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus had been watching.
Sailor Neptune said, "Unfortunately it wasn't the talisman."
Later Usagi, Ami, and Mamoru were outside.
Usagi said, "I'm sorry Ami-chan.
Did I say something to hurt you?"
Usagi noticed that Ami and Mamoru were in a good mood.
Usagi said to Ami, "Tuxedo Kamen is my Tuxedo Kamen."
In his hideout, Professor Tomoe was saying that the Sailor Senshi and Tuxedo Kamen were getting in the way. Also Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune, the mysterious senshi, always appeared and were after the talisman too. Kaolinite mentioned that Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune always appeared where the daimon appeared. She thought that they were onto their plans. Then professor Tomoe said that they should use that to trap them. Kaolinite said that she would do that, and kill both Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune. [title screen] Somewhere in the countryside, there was an off-road motorcycle race. Usagi, Mamoru, and the other girls were watching, and they saw Haruka win the race. Ami said that she had forgotten one English word because she had gotten so excited. After the race, the girls went to see Haruka and Michiru. Then some of the other riders came by and yelled at Haruka for winning the race, even if she was a girl. Haruka said, "It doesn't matter if one is male or female. The fastest one will win." The other racers were going to attack Haruka, but another racer, Yamada Katsutoshi, came and stopped them. He said that they just had to win the next race. Yamada was a racer who tried very hard at racing. Michiru said to Haruka that he was the type who would have a pure heart. She said that she would watch over him. When everyone was going to go home by bus, Usagi was looking at a street vendor who was selling some stuffed rider toys. Then the doors closed and the bus left, while Usagi was still outside. Usagi checked the bus time table, and found out that the next bus wouldn't leave for another hour. Then Haruka came by on her motorcycle and offered Usagi a ride. While Usagi and Haruka were going down the mountain road, a truck came by and tried to knock them down. So Haruka told Usagi to hold on tightly, and went off the road into the forest. The guys (the riders who had previously threatened Haruka) tried to follow them. Haruka and Usagi hid in the bushes. Haruka held Usagi, and Usagi felt like she was being held by a guy. She also thought that Haruka smelled good, and asked what kind of cologne she used. Then as the riders were getting close, Haruka told Usagi to be quiet. Haruka jumped out of the bushes and faced the riders. The riders immediately attacked Haruka, but Haruka easily beat them up. Haruka said, "Don't be a coward. A race should be won fairly." Then the riders got scared and ran off. In another part of the mountains, Yamada was on his motorcycle psyching himself up. He was very determined to win. Then the daimon egg came and embedded itself into his motorcycle. The daimon appeared and attacked Yamada. Sailor Neptune had been watching, and called Haruka on their sailor watches. Haruka and Usagi were in the forest by Haruka's motorcycle. There was something wrong and the motorcycle didn't start. When Haruka got the call from Michiru, she told Usagi to go to a nearby street, where she would be able to catch the bus. Usagi said that she can go home by herself, and then Haruka left. But Usagi became suspicious. Meanwhile the daimon took the heart crystal from Yamada. Then Sailor Neptune appeared. She said, "I won't let you have it your way. Invited by the new age where the tide of Neptune roars, I'm the elegant Sailor Neptune." Sailor Neptune used her deep submerge attack to take the heart crystal away. She found out that the heart crystal wasn't the talisman, and returned it to Yamada. Then she told Yamada to quickly escape. Then Kaolinite appeared and said that it didn't matter if the heart crystal was the talisman. She said that she had been waiting for her to come. Then the daimon split herself into two tire-like monsters and tied Sailor Neptune to a tree. When Sailor Uranus appeared, Kaolinite said that she would kill both of them. Usagi was still running in the forest as she had fallen way behind Haruka. [CM break] Usagi finally reached the scene and saw the battle. "Moon cosmic power, make up!" and Usagi transformed.
Kaolinite and the daimon had captured Sailor Neptune.
She told Sailor Uranus that she would kill Sailor Neptune if she attacked.
The Moon Tiara disk cut Sailor Neptune free,
then Sailor Moon appeared and said, "Don't act like a coward!"
Then the daimon attacked Sailor Moon. While Sailor Moon was trying to get away, she told Sailor Uranus to go help Sailor Neptune. But Sailor Uranus snapped back, "Don't cut in!" The daimon attacked again, and Sailor Moon and Sailor Uranus got their hands handcuffed together. When the daimon attacked again, Sailor Uranus and Sailor Moon tried to escape in opposite directions. (They did not cooperate.) Kaolinite noticed that they were a bad combination. She told the daimon to attack and finish them off. Sailor Uranus got hit by an attack. Then Sailor Neptune yelled out, "Uranus, escape! You have to live and complete the mission." The daimon kept attacking Sailor Uranus and Sailor Moon, who couldn't do much to counterattack. Then Kaolinite threw Sailor Neptune into the waterfall. Sailor Uranus saw that and started running away. Sailor Moon yelled out that they were going in the wrong direction. But Sailor Uranus just kept running. Sailor Uranus and Sailor Moon got to a cave and went inside to hide. Sailor Moon said, "Sailor Neptune might be alive. Aren't you worried? Are you going to throw away your partner and escape?" Then the daimon came nearby, so Sailor Uranus told Sailor Moon to be quiet.
After the daimon went away, Sailor Moon said, "Let's go save her.
Are you going to let her die?"
Sailor Uranus said, "What do you know! We made a promise. If something happened to one of us, that we wouldn't go back and help out. The one who survived would go after the talisman. We already promised that." Sailor Moon said, "What is the talisman, that you have to do something such as this to find it?" Sailor Uranus said, "There's no need to explain." Sailor Moon said, "What! The ones who have their heart crystals taken are going to die. Why can you be so cold?" Sailor Uranus said, "The end of the world is coming soon. In order to prevent that, we need the talisman. I don't want to make any sacrifices. But if that is going to save the entire world, what would you do?" Meanwhile Kaolinite was over the waterfall wondering if Sailor Neptune had died.
In the cave, Sailor Moon noticed that Sailor Uranus was bleeding.
Sailor Moon tried to care for it, but Sailor Uranus told her to
leave her alone.
Then the daimon came into the cave. Sailor Uranus covered Sailor Moon and they hid. Then Sailor Moon smelled Sailor Uranus' cologne. Sailor Moon noticed that it was the same as Haruka. She wondered if Sailor Uranus was Haruka. The daimon blasted the rock that Sailor Uranus and Sailor Moon were hiding behind. So Sailor Uranus and Sailor Moon ran out into the forest again. Kaolinite was waiting for them, and told the daimon to kill them. But this time, Sailor Uranus and Sailor Moon cooperated and escaped well together. Kaolinite couldn't believe it. Then when the daimon blasted them, Sailor Uranus and Sailor Moon stuck out their arms to let the blast cut off the handcuffs. Sailor Neptune struggled out of the water and Kaolinite spotted her. She was going to kill her, but Sailor Moon threw herself at Kaolinite. Sailor Uranus then used the world shaking attack to blast one of the daimons, and Sailor Moon used the moon spiral heart attack to finish off the other daimon. Then Kaolinite vanished.
Sailor Uranus said to Sailor Moon, "I think a little bit better of you.
But I won't let anyone interfere with our mission."
Sailor Neptune was surprised that it was Sailor Moon.
Yuuichirou was peeking into Rei's room. Rei's grandfather came by and asked what Yuuichirou was doing. Yuuichirou said that he was worried about Rei, but Rei's grandfather said that the only thing that they could do was to let Rei continue until she wanted to stop herself. Yuuichirou went into the room and brought some food for Rei. But Rei just kept on with her prayers and didn't pay attention to Yuuichirou. Then Rei did her rin, pyou, tou, sha, kai, jin, retsu, sai, zen, and the flames grew bigger. When Rei finally paused, she noticed Yuuichirou. Rei said, "I'm sorry, but can you come again later. I'm doing a very important prayer. Please." Then Yuuichirou left his head band, telling Rei to tie her hair so it doesn't get burned by the fire. Meanwhile professor Tomoe was looking at his daimon egg, saying how great it was. When Kaolinite agreed, the professor got upset and said that she always wasted the eggs. But Kaolinite said that it was because someone had always gotten in the way. She said that she now had the perfect plan. So the professor sent Kaolinite and the daimon egg out on their mission. Usagi saw Yuuichirou feeling depressed. When Yuuichirou told her that Rei had been concentrating at night on her prayers, Usagi said that it was because of love. Yuuichirou asked who Rei's partner was, and Usagi said that it was Yuuichirou. She said that Rei was worried about the future, when Rei would get married to Yuuichirou. Yuuichirou couldn't believe it, but he became very happy. Kaolinite went to a local train and embedded the daimon egg into it, so it will automatically check for people with pure hearts. After school on the way home, Haruka spotted Rei and they started talking. Haruka said that Rei looked very sleepy. Yuuichirou spotted this and was shocked, as he thought that Haruka was Rei's boy friend. Then Haruka was going to give Rei a ride, and Rei got on her motorcycle. Yuuichirou admitted defeat, and started walking away. Just before Haruka was going to start driving, Rei tied her hair with the band that Yuuichirou had given her. Rei said that it was her good luck charm. Later during the study session, Rei was falling asleep. The other girls were worried about her. Usagi said that Rei was thinking about love. Then Rei left to wash her face. Mako went to Rei and said that it didn't look like she was worrying about love. Mako asked her to tell her about it. But Rei said that she still didn't know. Yuuichirou was running around town wondering who that guy was (that had been talking to Rei). Then Yuuichirou heard the music of a violin. When he looked a the girl playing the violin, he also saw Haruka. Yuuichirou thought that Haruka was also going out with this girl, and got mad.
Actually Haruka and Michiru were talking about their mission.
Haruka said, "Are we just wasting time with this?"
[CM break] Yuuichirou met Haruka in an open lot, in the rain. Yuuichirou had challenged Haruka to a fight, although Haruka had no idea what was going on. Yuuichirou kept attacking, but Haruka just swerved to avoid Yuuichirou. Then Rei came by and saw the fight. She called out and Yuuichirou stopped. Rei rushed to Haruka and then asked Yuuichirou what was going on.
Yuuichirou saw that Rei went to Haruka and decided to admit defeat.
Yuuichirou said, "Ten'ou Haruka, although you're two-timing,
you're probably very manly.
Don't do anything to make Rei suffer.
Please split up with that other girl.
That's all I want to say."
Yuuichirou left, and Haruka asked Rei if she didn't have to go after him. Rei said that she didn't. At the study session, Artemis was wondering what had happened to Rei. Since Yuuichirou wasn't around, Usagi said that maybe they were together. But then Mako came and said that something terrible had happened. The girls rushed out and discovered that Yuuichirou was going to leave. They asked him why, but Yuuichirou asked them not to ask. Then Rei came home and saw Yuuichirou about to leave. She called him, "Stupid." The other girls told her to go after him, but Rei said that she didn't want to.
Usagi said, "Rei-chan, Yuuichirou was very worried about you.
He was thinking about you with his heart."
As Yuuichirou was about to ride the train, the daimon appeared. Then Kaolinite also appeared and told the daimon to take Yuuichirou's heart crystal. Rei arrived and saw the enemy, and transformed. "Wait! Stealing that person's pure heart. For love and passion, the pretty soldier Sailor Mars will not forgive you! In the name of Mars, I'll punish you." Kaolinite got the heart crystal and found out that it wasn't the talisman. Then the venus love me chain came and knocked the heart crystal away from Kaolinite. The other Sailor Senshi had also arrived. "Sparkling wide pressure!" Sailor Jupiter attacked, but the daimon was too strong. It turned into a train and was going to give the Sailor Senshi a ride to their death. But Sailor Mars used her anti-evil signs to slow down the daimon. "The penalty for trying to take Yuuichirou's heart is severe! You better be ready for it. Burning mandala!" Rei's attack started burning the daimon. Then Sailor Moon finished it off with the moon spiral heart attack. Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus had been watching. When Yuuichirou recovered, Rei was with him. He asked about the monster, but Rei just said that he must have been dreaming. Then Rei tied Yuuichirou's injury with the band that he had given her. Rei said that he wanted a ribbon next time. Rei also told Yuuichirou that he had to apologize to the weak girl Haruka for picking a fight with her. Yuuichirou was shocked to find out that Haruka was a girl. Then as they walked home together, Rei told Yuuichirou to hand onto her.
