Weapons: Fer-de-Lance wields two retractable 8-inch omnium steel razor-edged claws which fit into forearm sheath, one on each arm. Two 3-inch long spring-loaded retractable omnium steel spikes extend from the toes of her boots. History: From San Juan, Puerto Rico, Fer-de-Lance found her way to America and became one of the Viper's allies by unknown means. She was placed into the fourth Serpent Squad alongside Copperhead, Puff Adder, and Black Racer, and committed several acts of theft and murder in various casinos in Las Vegas. They were eventually caught by Captain America, and during the battle, Fer-de-Lance was defeated and taken to prison with her cohorts. Sidewinder freed the rest of the Squad and Fer-de-Lance was the last, though Captain America would not let her go. Sidewinder, using Fer-de-Lance as a hostage, managed to escape after claiming he wouldn't actually have hurt her. She quickly befriended Diamondback, though under false pretenses. When Viper approached, Ferdy turned on the others and attacked Diamondback and Sidewinder. However, Fer-de-Lance was electrocuted when her razors smashed into a computer center.
