Author's Summary: In the present Demons are widely known to the immortal humans.... The only kinds that are the outcasts are those who are Hanyous. Kagome Higurashi never fit in her world. She barely had any friends and all Demons who knew what she was taunted and teased her. She being a half demon and half Miko had been shunned. Her family had been the protectors of an ancient Jewel till it was broken and scattered across the land. Since the Jewel has been scattered her family was ordered to go and find the remaining pieces, but none have succeeded. Now it's been 50yrs since the Jewel was broken. Demons have been corrupted by it. Now that Kagome is 15 she has to go and try to find the Jewel. With all the evil Demons, human, and Hanyous she has been trained in the art of fighting. Unknown to anyone she is the Demon Huntress. With the help of her friend Sango and a few she will meet along the way she will try to complete her mission. But during her mission she meets another Hanyou, someone from her past. He will either help her or destroy her. And so her mission Begins.
