Normal condition of Menstruation
Mechanism of menstruation is controled by balancing of hormon. This balancing in line with balancing of emotional.When happen increment at the esterogen hormon, sothe woman will feel sexual drive. After happen ovulation(extrication ovum) this sexual drive will fell calm,because in this phase both hormon (esterogen and progesteron)are came out together. If happen coitus in this phase, then probabilty to being pregnant is high. If in 1-2 weeks don't occur insemination ovum, then hormonwill reduce and then occur bleeding in the uretus, it is called menstruation.
Paintfull menstruation (Dyrmenorrhea)
Dyrmenorhea is pelvic pain that is caused by impounding of blood vessel around uretus(vascular congetion).In psychological aspect,complaint for this problem is found at women who experience conflict to her character as women and sexuality in her life. Disaffection or traumatic experience in the past are predesposing factor to happen Dyrmenorhea.
Don't happen menstruation (Amenorrhea)
Normaly, women don't experience menstruation when she is being pregnant. But sometime, there is woman who is not being pregnant don't experience menstruation. Menstruation that don't happen in the time, indicate that occur change hormon that closely related with psychological condition. Many causal factors as;interference at neuron centre of hipotalamus in the brain will influence function of pituitaria gland and andrenalin gland. This matter will influence production and balance of hormon, then occur amenorrheae.
Menopause
Normaly, menstruation cycle will have stopped at women who has got up to 45-50 years old.It is natural condition. Although the function of reproduction of women has stopped, however, the function of sexuality don't stop.he stills be able to enjoying sexual pleasure and able to services her husband.Much of women frightened when she meddle in menopause. This matter is caused by wrong perspective. She suppose that himself is not still perfect again, besides doesn,t like that.
