Story: In the year 20X5, Space Pirates attacked a research vessal containing a species known as Metroids. Metroids have the ability to latch onto another species and suck their life energy dry. If the Space Pirates were to breed these Metroids and use them as biological weapons, the doom of the universe would be certain. The Federation Police discovered that the Space Pirates' operations were taking place on planet Zebes. They launched an attack on the Space Pirates, but it was all in vain. Finally they decided to send the galaxy's best bounty hunter, Samus Aran, in to infiltrate the Space Pirates' base and destroy the mechanical life-form that controls the fortress' defenses -- the Mother Brain. |

Comments: Metroid Zero Mission is a masterpiece. A little on the short side, but insanely fun regardless. The story's fast paced and exciting, the music and sound is beautiful, and the graphics are elaboratly detailed. But best of all, as usual for Metroid games, is the gameplay. Incredibly moves, awesome weapons, and ferocious enemies make it out to be one of the best games out for GameBoy Advance. |
