The ¡®New Songdo City¡¯ holds numerous advantages and potentials for not only Korea, but to the entire world. Based on the most advanced science technology, ¡®New Songdo City¡¯ has geographical profits in extreme extents for becoming the nexus of Northeast Asian Trade. Recently, the Northeast Asia is augmenting its value in economy greatly because this region is becoming one of the most colossal trade markets through out the world. Its reason mostly lies on the dramatic development of China, for many foreign investors are focusing in this region full of hope. Korea has ranked as the 7th largest economic country and 2nd for various electronic devices. However, Korea must find its way to maintain its reputation by constantly pursuing new alterations for the changing world, and especially in the Northeast Asia. The ¡®New Songdo City¡¯ will contribute substantial degree in this problem, for inducing many investors to this region on account of becoming the free economic zone. Other subordinate, but influential advantageous are bestowed to not only domestic investments, but also to the world. This is why not only Korea, but also the entire Northeast Asia and the world highly expect the extraordinary potentials that the ¡®New Songdo City¡¯ possesses.
In the days where we live now, modifications are made with more aggression and haste, and without efficient, international confrontation, it is hard to survive through this harsh world. It is a common sense that any new change maintains both advantages and disadvantages. The ¡®New Songdo City¡¯ holds some disadvantageous that might be highly conspicuous and influential such as the intensification of regional rivalry or gulf between the rich and the poor. However, on account of the substantial merits and potentials the ¡®New Songdo City¡¯ holds domestically or internationally, I think it is crucial to seek alterations which could overcome such disadvantages and therefore, augmenting advantages efficiently and substantially. This would conclusively one day bestow not only Korea, but also to the entire world invaluable factors infinitely.
