May 23, 2002: the SFU RCs pump up students opposed to tuition increasing. Shortly after the SFU BoG secretly voted to increase our fees, some Board members came to the Halpern Centre to pretend like they had not done so. President Stevenson tells us "There will be no regular meeting today." Heard over and over on CBC Radio: "SFU President lies to students." |

Stevenson's indecent support of tuition increases brought us to the May 23, 2002 SFU Board of Governors meeting. After blocking entrance to the meeting (which had already taken place secretly), we met a cheerleader-to-be, Spark A. Revolution! |
