r~ntioni2 the towrl of Fair Lacm as biinno th~ sot·n·I o!
another drug related crim in this case ~ 66 year old wame~r. was injure~3.
Noteworthy is that this crimr tooi~ plact- on Marc~l 16, 198E( six days
after m:, fili?g of the above captioned complaint.
Also the ;ocation of this drug relatec: cr irrv:· wac wi thi
n f~ct of th· entrance to tht; Bar called the Dutch House- ~ich
is r~entioned as a drug dealf2 haven on page 4 paragrapt: 5 of mi complaint.
And is rrrntion~uj on the complaint I filed in 1987 with the Superior Court
of NEW Jersey. The nar~ "Radburn" which appears in the title
of the article, is an association which the tow- Judge is in with the owner
of the bar. This to is also rrentianc~ in thusan* section of m).complaint
an:? I b~~lit·v~ has crt6ted pt·rsonai prol~len; fe~r m,
during m~ initial investigatio:!.
The f$cts are that the Dutd! House Bar is next door to the Post.Office
and that this drug crazed nwn who is charged with the auto theft ts a regular
patron at the Dutch House Bar. Also the bar's pa~ phone i the closes one
to scene of the crinr· and the front of the Post Office where the
car was stolen can be seen from the window of tbt bar.
Interesting is that I gavi the town manag--r a copy of the cony, laint
on March 15 and that the D.E.P.. has put some pressurt- on th~ town to
brake th~ connection between the town and the N.O.R.M.L. I presumf that
what happened is the drug crazed m3n was told he would not be able to obtain
his usual drug purchase are the bar because of the Excellent job th~ D.E.A.
has done. The man then looked out the window and sees th~ car and rest
is stated in the article.
