Purpose: To answer questions sent in by members of the guild through this help form. Celestial Advisors also help posting ads for the Haven of Dreams on the Guild Message Board.
Requirements:
Must be of at least Luminous Star rank.
Must be able to send and receive Neomail without having to be a Neofriend.
Must be able to send and receive email.
Must be able to log on to Neopets at least once every other day.
Must be friendly, encouraging and willing to help all guild members.
Must have played Neopets at least 6 months.
Must have been in the guild for at least 2 months.
