Doubt 1: Is there any synchronisation between a CC wire within a CC tube wire?
Below is the cross-sectional diagram of a current-carrying (CC) wire (centre) and tube CC wire of current, CC wire is within the tube CC wire. Both of the tube CC wires are having a current flowing out of the screen; the CC wires within the tube CC wires are having flowing into the screen (left) and out of the screen (right) respectively.
Is there any synchronisation taken place between the two wires of these two figures? Where will the CC wire in the tube CC wire go to?
How about the CC wire structures below, is there any synchronization place?
