Today most the above task was finished. Now we connected more hardware to the INTERBUS. This is to enable us to perform more experiments. Michael came in today and taught us how to detect errors in INTERBUS. Errors are created by faulty hardware, by removal of hardware during operation or by power supply problems. Error registers will be activated when errors occur and it is the programme running which will instruct the Master Controller to shut down the whole bus and restart it.
