Billy Katagiri (ビリー・カタギリ, Billy Katagiri), Seiyuu: Yūji Ueda, Age: 31, Hair / Eye Color: Brunette / Black, Union, Part of MSWΛD / Anti-Gundam Investigative Squad "Overflags"

A technical adviser for the MSWΛD and the developer of the SVMS-01 Union Flag as well as the Union Army's intelligence agent and best friend of Graham Aker, Billy was later transferred to the Overflags with Graham. He went to college with Sumeragi Lee Noriega calling her Kujoh, and seems to have romantic thoughts towards her. He often talk about his work and reveal precious information to her without knowing that she is from Celestial Being. He is injured after the Trinity's attack on MSWAD's base. His fate as of the events after Episode 25 are unknown.
