For assignments or project works that require a specific period of commitment or when headcounts are of a business concern, we do provide personnel on a contract basis. Based on our clients' project demands or assignment nature, the additional staff may be placed under our company's payroll with the administration of compensation and benefits managed via our company.
On occasions when our clients require temporary workers on a short-term duration, we do offer our staff on a temporary basis. The staff will be engaged under PowerNet’s employment with necessary administrations managed by our company while our clients reap the benefits of having extra manpower resources.
