Lost weight? Need to alter pieces to fit your trimer self? |
This is a simple piece, with a score for violin embroidered at the hem. Made for my friend, who plays the violin. The skirt is tight around the waist and hip, and flares out in a very gentle a-line. As for the embroidery, I used a polyester embroidery thread, bronze for the words and notes, black for the lines. This gives it a slight sheen. |
Unfortunately, I am not able to offer this embroidery service as I am not efficient enough. It requires 6 to 10 full days of stitching. Until I can find someone who can take it on at an affordable rate, I'm offering the next best thing, the Do-it-yourself packs. If you have an interesting idea you could turn into a embroidery, some time to kill, why not! Hand embroidery is far superior to the machine one. Even the mistakes look good! Try it. Click here the image above for a close up of the embroidery. Description: Narrow A-line skirt |
