What is BikeTrial?

BikeTrial is a discipline of riding where the winner is one who makes the least mistakes.
BikeTrial is an individual sport that incorporates the use of a bicycle which the rider must maneuver and balance on in order to complete specially designed "sections." The objective is to complete the sections with as little physical contact with the ground as possible, hence obtaining minimum penalty points.
Bike Trials originates from Motorcycle Trial. Motorcycle trial riders wanted to give their chrildren something to practice on before moving up to motorcycles, and some of the children grew up to love biketrial even more.

The best score in a section is 0 and the worst score is 5.
You will have 2 minutes to complete one section, if you exceed the time limit, you will inccur the maximum penalty. There are usually between 6 to 10 sections in 1 lap, the rider must finish 2 laps. 1 penalty point is given each time riders touch the course with one part of their body. 5 penalty points are given when riders touch the course with more than one part of their body. When a rider reaches 5 penalty points in one section, they are finished with that section until the next lap.
The number of dabs you take in each section are punched out of this card after every section.
