Ocean Color Research Activities in Malaysia

There were limited numbers of ocean color related research activities in Malaysia. Below are some of the major workshop or seminar that are corresponding to ocean color.

  • MFRDMD/ SEAFDEC First Regional Workshop on Remote Sensing of Phytoplankton, Kuala Terengganu, Malaysia. 17-18 November 1998

(A report had been published by MERDMD/SEAFDEC for this workshop. It is a very good reference for those who intend to use the ocean color data)

  • Seminar on Satellite Fish Forecasting, Universiti Putra Malaysia, 19 June 2001
