This article helps me aware of different languages are written differently, even for a common Cobol language there are more than one version of Cobol and hence there is a major problem in compatibility. Hence one should try to write programs which are uniform for example of the same dialect and grammer which promote reusability.
Therefore, if in the past, where a certain standard or uniform language is created, we will not have any problems presently trying to convert the code to one which is compatible. Hence several time and money can be saved. Programming is not only for the present but also for future development and uses.
