Little is known about the enigmatic pharaoh who was ultimately replaced by Apocalypse, other than his advanced technology that was created ages in the future, including a instantaneous transport and powerful armor and weaponry, including a number of sentinel-like robot statues placed throughout his tomb in Egypt.
After failing to destroy Apocalypse (and indeed, only angering the unnatural warrior) he fled, presumably back to whatever day and age he came from. It is unknown if Rama-Tut was a mutant or normal human
