Shungai Choukou (儁乂張郃), his historical character is Zhang He. His hair color is black. He is from Xuchang Academy (Kyosho Gakuin), 3rd Year Student.

A member of Kyosho's "Three Pillared Gods", a trio of A-ranked Toushi. He seems to be more cautious compared to Jyokou. He is one of the seven from Kyosho participated in the Battle of Chibi. After the end of that, the "Three Pillared Gods" become a tourist attraction in the mountains.
