Details to be included in the
order email:
1. Name
2. Contact Number
3. Month of Birth
4. Product Code (the code under each picture. E.g AF1234blu)
5. Quantity
6. Delivery Address
7. Mode of Delivery (normal OR registered)
An Order Confirmation (OC) will be sent to Customer upon receipt of the order request. Item will be released if we do not receive the payment reference within 3 days from the date OC is sent.

Exchange and Refund
All goods will be checked before dispatch and goods sold are non-refundable
or exchangeable.
Availability of Stocks
All orders are subject to stock availability.
Product
The colors and materials may vary due to screens and light difference.
Price
All prices quoted are nett price in Singapore Dollars (SGD), exclusive of
delivery charges. Moi Moi reserves the right to adjust the price when necessary.
Price adjustment will not affect orders which have been confirmed.
Payment Processing
We accept ONLY POSB Funds Transfer.
All payments are non-refundable.
Goods will be delivered only upon receipt of your full payment.
No amendments or cancellation are allowed upon receipt of payment for the
order.
Local Delivery Service
Orders will be delivered via Singapore Post. Postage fees & Delivery schedule
will be as per Singpost. We will not be liable for orders lost through SingPost
delivery.
Currently, Moi Moi is providing
Free Delivery for all items sent via Normal Mails.
For Registered Article (RA)
1. additional $2.20 applies.
2. please ensure someone will be around to receive the parcel at the delivery
address.
3. Registered Article tracking number will be emailed to customer. You can
track your item at SingPost
Registered Article.
Reservation of Orders
upon Order Confirmation
Orders will be placed on reservation for 3 days upon Order Confirmation; thereafter
it will be released if no payment is received. If the payment is received
3 days after reservation, and the stock is not available, Customer will have
to re-select other items of the same or lower value. No refund will be allowed.
Confidentiality
Customers’ personal particulars and transaction details are treated
with strict confidential.
Moi Moi reserves
the right to cancel any order without prior notice.
Any order cancelled by Moi Moi will be refunded in full via POSB Fund Transfer.
