Meetings

Meetings are held every 1st Tuesday of the month at Ulu Pandan Community Building.
Guests are welcome. Meetings are free for Ulu Pandan TMC members invited evaluators from other TM Clubs. Visitors and guests pay $5.
We meet from 6.45pm for Fellowship and Registration. Meetings begin promptly at 7.30pm.
A typical meeting follows the format below:

• Table Topics
• Table Topics Evaluation
• Break
• Prepared Speeches
• Speech Evaluations
• Language Evaluation
• General Evaluation
• Ah Counters Report
• Presentation of Awards
• President's Closing Address

After Table Topics, Prepared Speeches and Speech Evaluations there is a Timer's Report.
Those speakers who have kept within the time allowances are eligible to be voted as:

• Best Table Topics Speaker
• Best Prepared Speech
• Best Evaluator

Table Topics is a fun element when speakers are asked to talk on a topic without prior notice.
