Syuri Wakatsuki (若月 朱里, Wakatsuki Shūri), Seiyuu: Yukari Tamura, Age: 16, Hair / Eye Color: Brunette / Blue, 2nd Year Student (Class 2-F) at Sakuranomori High, Twin Sister of Syusuke (Visual Novel Version - Birthday: 23 March 1990, Zodiac Sign: Aries, Blood Type: A)

Syuri is one of Sana's childhood friends, and is the older twin of Syusuke Wakatsuki. Yuzuki refers her as the head of the Wakatsuki twins. She can be seen as the most athletic of all the girls, although she is somewhat lacking when it comes to her figure. Despite her sporty physique, Syuri is still a very supportive friend that had no trouble connecting with Sana, even after his prolonged absence. She was also the first to be a volunteer at the old folk's home before inviting Asami.

She is one who suggested Sana to be the male class representative in order for him to patch things up with Nanaka who is the female class representative and is still angry with him not being able to remember her. She had once done a petition to demand the town council not to demolish a nature park that represent part of her memories she had with her deceased mother but is violently objected by the school as well as her own father who apparently suggested the demolishment to build a new town hall. She dreaded the woman that tries to replace their deceased mother, thinking of her only as someone who merely married her father for sex and money.

She had to visit the principal's office for the second time with Syusuke when an anonymous letter sent to the school states that the twins has allegedly visit a love hotel by themselves, suspecting them of committing incest. When their father found out about that, he become incensed but only worried about what that would affect his political career. Syuri is already feeling very saddened by the fact that her family has become like this but that's not it. In school, this matter eventually spread to the classrooms and one fine day as they return back to their own, someone seems to be teasing the Wakatsuki brothers, drawing something on the blackboard that say that the twins are in love with each other.

Once she saw that, she rushed out of the room crying with Nanaka chasing after her. Later, a more composed Syuri, Sana and Asami went to the hospital to visit an old lady named Kaji. During the period of their visitation, Kaji went berserk, stating the fact that she wants her deceased granddaughter back no matter what the costs. She has already paid the cost by sacrificing the bird and the cat residing in the old folk home to pray for the two sister hills to start blooming cherry blossoms whihc would signify that her wish will be granted. When it didn't, Kaji thought about taking the ritual of sacrifice to the max, deciding to use Syuri's blood as offerings. Syuri, who is alone in the room with Kaji, is scared stiff and cannot do anything to stop Kaji. It is only when Asami came to knock Kaji off and hurt herself badly in the process.

When found out that Asami is safe and sound, Syuri should feel a bit better. But when she return home and learn about her father deciding to send her overseas to study, she blasted at her father, refusing to follow his instructions whatsoever. She return back to her room crying even after Syusuke enter to check on her, hearing what happened just now. Syuri only start to calm down when Syusuke promise Syuri that he will take good care of her now like she did to him in the past and vow that no one, not even their father will do anything to hurt her anymore.

Syusuke actually did just that, trying to take her sister away before their father could send her to London. But that is found out by Sana at the last minute. Unfortunately, Sana can only have the time to say goodbye to her and her brother. Before, Syuri is assumed to have found out who have evidently cause her needed departure from this town. That would be Asami Hoshino.

Syuri is thought to have came back to Sakuranomori Nature Park to attend Nanaka's musical performance with Syusuke.
