JETHRO TULL is truly an amazing band. They have been around since the late '60s and have released many consistently extraordinary albums. The first time I saw them in concert was their AQUALUNG tour performance in Chicago, and it was dazzling. Members have included IAN ANDERSON, MARTIN BARRE, GLENN CORNICK, CLIVE BUNKER, DAVE PEGG, JEFFREY HAMMOND, EDDIE JOBSON, JOHN GLASCOCK, DAVID PALMER, JOHN EVANS, GERRY CONWAY, MARK CRANEY, PETER J. VETTESE, DAVE MATTACKS, MARTIN ALLCOCK, DON AIREY, MICK ABRAHAMS | |||||||||||||||||

"If you're doing a concept album and it's instrumental, then it's much more legitimate. It is removed from the pedantic..." IAN ANDERSON |

THE INCREDIBLY RIDICULOUS MTV-ROLLING STONE'S 100 TOP SONGS (1963-2000): 47. JUMP, VAN HALEN (1984) (I got very burned out on this song, but it's probably a good choice.) MY TOP 100 SONGS: AQUALUNG, JETHRO TULL |
