ALEX LIFESON, Guitar GEDDY LEE, Bass, vocals, keys NEIL PEART, Drums The band was formed in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, in 1968. The original drummer, JOHN RUTSEY, was replaced by Peart in 1974. RUSH has had 23 consecutive gold and platinum albums, the third-longest string (behind THE BEATLES and THE ROLLING STONES and tied with KISS).

After Bill Bruford, NEIL PEART (left) is one of my favorite drummers.

GEDDY LEE (above) is a great bass player, but his voice gets REAL annoying after a while.
