URIAH HEEP released its first album, VERY 'EAVY, VERY 'UMBLE, in 1970. The album was renamed URIAH HEEP for release in the U.S.
Uriah Heep has had an amazing number of different musicians come and go. Members have included NIGEL "OLLIE" OLLSON, KEITH BAKER, IAIN CLARKE, LEE KERSLAKE, MARK CLARKE, GARY THAIN, JOHN WETTON, TREVOR BOLDER, JOHN LAWTON, JON SLOMAN, CHRIS SLADE, GREG DESCHERT, JOHN SINCLAIR, BOB DAISLEY, PETE GOALBY, PHIL LANZON, STEFF FONTAIN
Their second album, SALISBURY (above), is my personal favorite.
