Mystic has developed a new system for building roleplaying and acting in Mystic.
Because we had no rules or anything to guard Bad behavior and people being confused about how things work in the world of Mystic Charlie decided to write up a rules and test system to test people and make them aware of the rules of what is and is not acceptable in mystic , and to make sure people know what they are doing before they role play and to make sure everyone knows it is role play.

The role of a resident is to maintain the world of mystic their lots could have homes businesses and local activates clubs all must be approved by the one of the World leaders and approved by Charlie
To move beyond a resident they should apply for Mystic special forces The special forces will be in charge of role playing in Mystic fleet or Mystic command

Each base will need a complete working unit before moving another base may be re opened.
The first base to be opened will be star gate command star gate command will need the complete team of a special forces unit. star gate command will welcome new users to the world and help them become residents as well as assess if they may become apart of the mystic special forces
The Special forces will consist of Special Forces Units
Caretakers will act as a world owner. the base will be a micro world with in mystic and be in command of the over all base and be responsible for the content in the base discipline and other command matters
Mcy (The first) Will be the second in command of the base and be responsible when the caretaker is not around and maintain order as well as continue to develop technologies used by the special forces
Mystic Special Forces officer (the second) will teach the new residents who want to become special officers and maintain the strict rules of role play and be in command if the Mcy (the first) is not around.
Mystic security officer (the third) -MPK- Will police the world and maintain order in the world if there is any problems the MPK is to e-mail telegram or let the caretaker the( first) the (second) know of the problems A hearing must then be scheduled for a time when all parties can attend.
-MPS- Mystic public speaker (the fourth) like a doctor will help with questions residents have if needed they may call a higher ranked officer to assist avatar adjustment for tourists so they know the male or female
.MGK Mystic Gate keeper -(the fifth) will work in the control room and dial the star gate for out going travelers contact other bases and keep updates on how the other bases are as well as Watches the world and helps new avatars adjust to mystic along with the mystic peace keepers

the order of the world People right now enter in the gate room of star gate command the blast doors should or could only open for people with security clearance that's people of Mystic special forces and Mystic Allies the rest can go to the Alpha zone and begin their journey in mystic . to become residents. Travelers will probably not get out of the gate room but avatars will hopefully then gate keepers can meet and greet them from there.
So we need at least 2 greeters one gate keeper to control the control room for special officers and one gate keeper to control the alpha zone. From alpha Zone gate keepers and a peace keeper could give a tour of the world hopefully in time residents can show off their homes and activates going on
Role plays should happen in other channels like the star gate base is one channel space station another then the starships Mystic voyager and Neptune Until we can fill each position with enough Special force unit or (SFU) we should stay in the resident level on 0
So alpha zone gate keeper could be on 0 and the star gate command could be channel 1
and we will go higher when we get people for the other bases
special forces units should consist of the people who are actually always here and role play with us so they understand their roles in character but not blow their cover as both a resident of mystic and a special forces officer.
And the roles of resident is Everyone you me and the regulars that visit the world we are all a resident of mystic first so we can build up the community monitor the world undercover of course in real life everyone will probably know who we are. When they arrive in mystic if they are new they would be sent to the alpha zone.
SO Other residents they are also Avatars until they take the tests people who come to mystic but aren't really people who live here.
role plays that feature Bad guys should be in another channel at all times players who play the bad guy should have a unique name they only use during the role play in another channel and builds must not be negative or in plain sight on the world for avatars residents or travelers to see.
