Leagues are under way each year starting in May and continuing until August. There are two types of leagues, Old Timers: 35-over (which occurs on Monday nights) and Regular League: 16-over (which occurs Tuesday thru Thursday nights). There is also a bathroom facility provided for both males and females. There are picnic tables and bleachers for your convenience. The field is located adjacent to the Shade Mountain Golf Course and Swimming Pool off of Rt.104. If interested in more information, participating in one of the leagues, or have any questions, please Contact Us. Renting $20.00 per hour, price subject to change. Price includes use of field and lights. If you wish to have the concession stand open for your event, please inquire with the league director. (*Please note: if the concession stand is open during your event, all proceeds will go to the league) Please contact one of the league directors for more information. Directions From the East- Take Rt.80 west to the Lewisburg/Rt.15 exit. Follow Rt.15 until you reach Rt.45, where you will turn right onto Rt.45 west. Travel on Rt.45 west for approximately 8 miles before turning left onto Rt.104 south. Continue on Rt.104 south for approximately 9 1/2 miles, where you will pass through the town of Middleburg (make sure you stay on Rt.104 south). The field is approximately 1/2 mile outside of Middleburg on the right side of the road. There is a Shade Mt. Golf Course sign right before the road. From the West-Take Rt.80 east to the Lewisburg/Rt.15 exit. Follow Rt.15 until you reach Rt.45, where you will turn right onto Rt.45 west. Travel on Rt.45 west for approximately 8 miles before turning left onto Rt.104 south. Continue on Rt.104 south for approximately 9 1/2 miles, where you will pass through the town of Middleburg (make sure you stay on Rt.104 south). The field is approximately 1/2 mile outside of Middleburg on the right side of the road. There is a Shade Mt. Golf Course sign right before the road. From the North- Take Rt 15 South to Rt. 45 East. Follow the rest of the directions from the West. From the South- Take Rt 11&15 North towards Selinsgrove, about 5 miles south of Selinsgrove take Rt 104 North. This will be a left hand turn, just past Liverpool. Follow Rt 104 through Meiserville and Mt. Pleasant Mills. After Mt. Pleasant Mills, you will travel for a few miles before you come upon Middleburg. You want to watch just before Middleburg, on the left side there is a sign for the Shade Mt. Golf Course and Swimming Pool. Turn left and follow the driveway toward the golf course. The field is on the left. Click here for a map of the field. |
