The Movie

Lukn since October, 2007 had been trying to get his Orb so he could finish his epic 2.0. After several months of going to various raids trying to get the Orb he was unlucky upon the rolls for it.  SOE then unlocked Anguish in April, 2008 attending weekly raids still being unlucky when the lottos were being done for the Orb that was keeping him from his Epic 2.0.  My heart sank, as did others who were wishing for him to have his Epic that he worked so hard for in the guild of Shadows of the Grave. Several members kept coming to me saying, how they wished him luck on winning the lotto. Each Anguish Raid Lukn's heart would dishearten at losing the roll, but he never complained giving his best wishes to the person who would win the Lotto.  Mid June of 2008 and still no Epic, I spoke of Lukn's story  to Destinova who is the Guild Leader of Followers of the Dragon, of one of our allied guilds.  Destinova's words to me, if it was me running that raid, I would say that this raid is designated to Lukn to receive the Orb so he can complete his Epic 2.0.  I told Destinova that was my same thoughts as well.  I then said I would approach Gumlakx about it but real life kept me from doing so, but Destinova did speak to Gumlakx.  Gumlakx agreed with the idea, and before the raid started I was told by Destinova what Gumlakx had stated. I sent a private tell to the other Alliance Leaders who were present asking if they were ok with the idea of the Orb being granted to Lukn that night.  They said yes.  I asked Lukn if he was ready to try to get his Orb tonight, and he said yeah. After the raid was finished set up Destinova announced to the raid that the orb which dropped off of Hanvar that night would to go Lukn because he had been waiting so many months for the one drop.  Upon the raid hearing this news Lukn received in a matter of two minutes 30 positive tells, and was shocked at what he read and was in shock with tears in his eyes.  That night was his happiest night in the game.  June 14, 2008 Lukn finally completed and got his Epic 2.0. Congratulations Lukn from all of us.  We all feel you well deserved it.  As a player you have came a long way in development and have improved greatly on your playing style, and we are all proud of you and your progress.
