Two colonies have crashed together in a region of space near Mars. The bigger colony is called Red Orion, and the smaller one is called Aria 12.The now combined colony is under total subjigation by a powerful terrorist association called Blue Marz.
Blue Marz is run by a man named Savis. He is an evil man who will do anything to gain what he desires and loves to bring out the worst in people. His right hand man is Mascaro.
Most of the colony is crime-ridden slums. The Crime Lord, Savis, is reaching his control farther into the colony. One half of the colony is city, and only the rich can afford
good housing. Most of the rich people in the colony have some part of their business tied in with crime, smuggling or other illegal activites. Nadare, led by a woman named
Yui Kanzaki, is a small organization fighting against Blue Marz to bring peace to the colony. Orbital Frames are illegal to civillians and have to be smuggled in. This raises
the price, because of the outrageous prices the smugglers charge for thier services. Those who do have frames are independent mercenaries, memebers of Nadare, or memebers of
Blue Marz. Yui Kanzaki, the leader of Nadare, is searching for two legendary Frame runners that have extraordinary skills in piloting Frames. With these pilots she could have a chance of bringing down
Blue Marz.
