Attraction

Sabrina walked around the nearby town festival. Her parents had insisted for her to have fun and to be active. In her mind, she wanted to find Ash again. It was amusing that trainer like him had managed to capture her heart.

"Do I like him?" Sabrina asked herself. After she got herself a cotton candy, her mind kept wandering back to that Pallet Town trainer. "Why do I think about him?" She almost said that out loud. Many people had tried to ask her out but she had refused them, every one of them. When she decided to go back home, she smiled as she got into the car.

"Ash has got a hold of me and he doesn't even know it." That thought was with her until she got back to her home. Her father was waiting for her.

“You got a letter delivered in middle of the night.” Her father looked puzzled as he handed her the letter. When Sabrina accepted it, she also looked perplexed.

“I see you tomorrow night.” He gave her kiss on the forehead and went to bed. Sabrina sat down on living room coach. She sighed and began to read the letter. It was short and sweet.

“Sabrina, I hope you are well. I need to ask you a something but I really liked you a lot when I first saw you. I can’t keep my mind off you. So I hope you can grant my request. Here it is. Will you go out with me?”

Ash

When she finished, she heard a soft knock. Her mind was too busy thinking about what Ash wrote that she didn’t know she opened the door. As she was about to scold the late-night visitor, a bouquet of roses appeared right before her eyes.

Sabrina looked behind the roses. She left out a soft gasp. There was Ash with his charming smile. “Well, will you go out with me?”

Sabrina simply nodded as she accepted the roses. The Pallet Trainer cheered when he saw the beautiful gym leader agree to go on a date with him. Ash leaned in towards Sabrina to kiss her.

Her parents smiled from the living room.

“It’s about time that a boy asked her out.” Her mother smiled. Her father just nodded as they left, leaving their only daughter embracing the man that she loved.
