Cao Cao
		Lifespan: 155-220 A.D. (65 years)
	The Wei Ruler. He was labeled the "hero of the troubled land." Skilled in the arts and in warfare, he wrote numerous books on strategy and tactics. During the Yellow Turban Rebellion, he joined the Imperial army, distinguishing himself on the field of battle. Following the death of Dong Zhuo, he strengthened his foothold in the troubled central plains, thereby establishing the foundation for what would become the giant Wei Empire.
