A Wei officer. He was serving under Yuan Shu, but he joined Cao Cao after being invited by Xiahou Dun. He advised Cao Cao on the importance of the military helping people in the fields. In the Three Kingdoms drama, he is potrayed as the younger brother of the Chang Sha Governor, Han Xuan.
