Zhuge Liang

The Shu strategist and advisor. He is often referred to as the "Sleeping Dragon." He decided to serve Liu Bei after being honored by three visits from the young Shu leader. Liu Bei's trust in Zhuge Liang was so strong, it could be compared to that of a fish and the sea. A genius of both domestic and foreign affairs, he was a major contributor to the founding of the Shu Kingdom. He attempted to conquer the Northern territories on five different occasions, but halfway to realizing his dreams, he was defeated at the Wu Zhang Plains.
