Free Form Hand Drumming & Meditation Circle

Free Form Hand Drumming is led by Penny, your facilitator, but with co-creative intent. Allowing participants to be guided by the sound and vibration of the music into different meditative states. Sacred intention required. Bring drums and other acoustic instruments of choice. No experience required! ____________________________________ This group meets in Southfield, Michigan, Every Monday Evening from 7:30 to 8:30 PM. Open to new members, this is a private  group with the purpose of a One Drum Lead for a Guided  Meditation Drumming. If interested, you MUST call ahead and reserve your spot.
