Miskatonic Student Union's Gaming Convention
January 30th and 31st, 2004
As many of you know, Kentucky never gets any good tournaments. If you live in Kentucky, expect to be ready to travel about two hours to get to a tournament. It could be because Rich lives in Illinois and Shawn lives in Tennessee. It could be because most Kentuckians would rather buy cigarettes instead of CCGs. It could be because Kentucky is cursed Indian territory. Who knows?
To make "Kentucky Stop Sucking for CCGs", I am trying to convince Rich Wulf to attend the Miskatonic's gaming convention and allow us to host a unique storyline tournament. However, that means I have to guarantee at least forty people. Right now I am making contacts in Louisville and Lexington, KY, Cincinnati, IL, and Columbus, OH. If you or anyone you know lives in these areas or state that borders Kentucky and would be willing to come to Kentucky on these dates for a L5R tournament, please sign my guestbook so I can keep an accurate account of people I hope to see there.
There will be a tournament regardless of trimmings. So, please show up, play a game or two, and we can complain about Diamond edition. ^_~
