| 06.01.02 The Kelly Family wants to sing for Germany in the European Song Contest Euro Song. We wish them good luck!!! Go for it!! |
| The Kelly Family was on their way to a concert in D-Erfurt and three fans in a Peugeot 206 followed the bus. They drove real close behind the bus, which of course is uncomfortable. Joey got quite mad and on a red light he went out of the bus and broke one of the side windows on their car. |
| Joey about the incident: “Yes, I did it. These three girls are no fans. Our fans are decent people. These guys have followed my family for many years. Yesterday they were quite noisy outside the gate of the castle. I asked them to quiet down because of the neighbours, but they just laughed at me. I have no understanding for people who don’t respect our private life. If they keep on following my family, I’ll keep on breaking their windows. You see, with broken windows, you can’t drive on the Autobahn (High Way).” |
| But Joey is also ready to make peace. “When they finally leave us alone, then I’ll apology in person and pay for the damage on the car. We just want our peace and quiet." |

| The Kelly Family will try to win the German Grand Prix with the song “I Wanna Be Loved, sung by Maite. The German final will take part in Kiel 22 of February. They hope to win the German song contest, so that they may participate in the European Song Contest which will take place in Estonia on 25th May. We hope for victory!! |
| The new Kelly Family Cd will be called "La Patata". La Patata, which means the potato, is also the name of a restaurant the Kellys love very much. We're all looking forward to hearing the new songs on the Cd!!:-) |

| 21.02.02 Some news: The Kelly Family are no longer living at Schloss Gymnich. Papa Kelly has had another stroke, but he’s doing all right. The new CD “La Patata” will be released in April. Check out the new look at the official Kelly site at www.kellyfamily.de !! It’s great!! |

| 13.04.02 The new Kelly Family CD "La Patata" was released on this Monday April the 8th 2002. We all hope it'll turn out to be a big success!
