Well first litters have been weaned and sold, so all have their own cages. All of these 5 were presold before being born so I didn't keep any of them.
Sorry no otters survived with my chocolate otter doe she refused to eat and if your not eating you have no milk, I did finally get her eating again but not before the litter was lost, she did have some nice colors and will be trying her again in the spring.
All breeding on the farm has stopped until February when I start breeding for Easter, anyone got a calendar to see when Easter is this year?
2 major things have happened around here, 1st is I'm now joining the ranks of the working class, as my husband as much as he has tryed can not find a job. Someone in the family must pull in the money to keep us afloat. 2nd thing is I've cut way back on the number of rabbits I will be keeping. It has come to light that I can't have more than 60 rabbits here. In the future there will be less and less. The kids wil be allowed up to 6 rabbits each, and I will cut back to my otters and my beloved Castors, always enjoyed them and now will get back into them. All other colors will go but not until sprintime will I advertise who will be for sale, and prices on them will be firm. So check back in the sprintime for complete price list and who of my brood stock as well as young stock will be up for sale.
