As
a soul, or entity, you decided to come to earth to do
your work.
The purpose of whatever plan you chose was to help you
grow in consciousness.
You did not come here to be devoted to anything or
anyone. You came here
to learn about yourself and to grow spiritually. You came
here to be loyal
to yourself. If you are not loyal to yourself first, you
are a hypocrite.
You did not come here to be loyal to a family, a
religion, a business, or
an organization. Shakespeare said, "To thine own
self be true and than it
follows as the night the day, thou cans't can then be
false to any man."
You can only give to others what you have, not what you
may think you have.
You are not what you think you are. You are what you
think! If we desire
to find ourselves, we have to reverse some of our
thinking and discard many
things to which we have been conditioned. Most of us have
been looking in
the wrong direction. We have been looking outside for the
basis of success
and happiness, rather than inside where the real teacher
resides. You are
unique! You are the most important person in the universe
to you. If you
don't improve your own understanding, no one else will do
it for you. You
have all the helpers you need at your disposal, but they
cannot help you
if you keep yourself confused with negative thoughts and
actions. These helpers
are here to work with you, not for you. They are not here
to help the greedy
part of you, but to help the You that came to accomplish.
We all have hunches
or flashes of intuition. These hunches or impressions
come from our helpers,
but most of us are so highly organized with our intellect
that we talk ourselves
out of following these feelings. How often have you
wished you had a big
shoe so you could kick yourself because you talked
yourself out of following
rules and regulations, got in the way. If a person is
highly organized
intellectually, all he has to do is to start
understanding his feelings,
so every feeling has an interpretation and every
interpretation has a feeling.
This well help him to start moving into a balance of
thought and feeling.
What about those souls or helpers who have found
themselves and mastered
the lessons of planet earth? Literally, they have
outgrown earth and do not
have to evolve here anymore, but are here to assist
others. These are the
ones who have found balance. The master Jesus said to his
disciples: "Who
do the people say that I am?" and they answered:
"John the Babtist, but others
say Elijah and others that one of the old prophets has
risen." Luke 9:18-19
He was referring to the law of evolution. When a soul has
found himself,
he can become a helper to someone else. He doesn't have
to evolve in the
physical body anymore Once you have chosen what you wish
to accomplish here
on earth, you can have the assistance of some of these
souls to help you.
They have already mastered what you have chosen to do,
and this is why they
can help you. Your spiritual helpers aren't here to tell
you what to do or
how to do it. They are here because of the fellowship.
They are part of a
team. They never impose their will, nor their wisdom, but
if you ask for
wisdom, you'll receive it. Are you so proud that you're
afraid to ask? Are
you so busy that you can't take the time to ask? Once you
choose your helpers,
you then choose two people here on planet earth to build
a physical body
for you, to get you started in your life's work. In our
society we call them
a father and a mother. Usually you choose this couple
because you had some
understanding with one or the other of them before. Two
months after conception,
you and your helpers start feeding energy to that group
of cells that will
become your physical body. This is the way you become
part of the earth.
The reason you are here is to find yourself. Religions
say that abortion
is a crime because if a women destroys that little
physical body then that
new soul will not be able to anchor itself here to find
itself and do its
work. Woman is referred to as the weaker sex, but she is
the one who has
been given the power of creation. She gives nine months
of her life to create
a physical body so another soul can anchor itself here
and begin its work.
She has a little help, of course! She doesn't do it all
by herself. When
you see a woman who is pregnant, she usually has a
beautiful glow about her,
because at that time she's not only receiving energy from
her own spiritual
helpers, but also from the helpers of that other soul who
is coming to do
his work here. If there is some love between the mother
and father and at
least one of the parents wants the baby, the entering
soul will stay. If
there is not enough love, however, the soul will sever
the silver cord and
will not keep that physical body.
