Project Chevy Malibu 1978
Here is a nice picture of what I had to work with.  Rust and Smoke, but the heater was not broke.  It did not take long for me to rip out that big 267ci V-8
(1978 malibus never came with a 267)
I did leave the stock Saginaw 3 Speed for now
After hours of Sanding, and a litte primer, things are looking up.
My mom and dad only paid $300 dollar for it. 
List of Parts Replaced
Doors, Both front fenders, (From Down South) front clip, new grill, glass, most of the chrome, brand new bumpers, totally new brakes, mostly new suspension.

induction hood, Hypertech Power Coil HEI kit, Crower CamShaft, Dynomax Race Mufflers, Low Temp Theromostat, Roller rockers,
5 inch air Cleaner
After the new hood and some more body work it is ready for the paint booth.
