The anchor tube I made myself from scratch.
The stunning lady tube is by Jarah from JCW Designs.
Many thanks Jarah for your kind permission to use your awesome tubes.

1. Open both the tubes in PSP. Minimise the anchor tube for now.
Shift & D to duplicate the lady tube and close the original for future use.

Set your background to solid colour #DC1414.
Click on your text tool and apply your text using these settings.

4. Pull on the nodes of your vector text to stretch it out and so
the red shows through in the text outline.

5. Layers > Duplicate.
In your layer palette, click on the + sign next to your copy text layer.
Then double-click on your name to re-open the text entry box.
Change the text from Entangled (BRK) to Entangled Layer A (BRK).
Leave everything else the same. Click OK.
Layers > Convert To Raster Layer.
Click on your original text layer to make it active.
Layers > Convert To Raster Layer.

6. Turn off the visibility on your top and bottom layers.
You should only have the 2 text layers visible.
Layers > Merge > Merge Visible.
Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel using these settings.

7. Effects > Illumination Effects > Lights using these settings.

8. Turn the visibility on your top and bottom layers back on.
Maximise your anchor tube and Edit > Copy.
Close the anchor tube, you won't be needing it again.
Back on your canvas and Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Image > Resize by 70% Bicubic Resample, All layers - Unchecked.

9. Now play about and position the tubes and text to where you're
happy with them. You can use my finished sig above as a guide.

10. In your layer palette, click on your lady layer to make it active.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow using these settings.
