This tutorial is written for PSP7 and assumes you have a good
working knowledge of the PSP tools.
Any resemblence to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

This includes the lady tube I used and the sheriff's badge tube.
I have no knowledge as to the origin of the sheriff's badge tube.
If it's yours, please let me know so I can give you full credit for it.
The lady tube is by the very talented Audieanne at Montage Menagerie.
Many thanks Audieanne for your kind permission to use your tubes.
1. Open the supplies in PSP. Minimise both the tubes for now.
Open a new blank canvas 350 height x 250 width.
Layers > New Raster Layer. Name it poster.
Floodfill this new layer with solid colour #E7DBCF.
2. Effects > PlugIn Filters > Filters Unlimited.
Paper Textures > Mineral Paper, Limestone.
Intensity = 40. Lightness = 48.
3. Effects > PlugIn Filters > Filters Unlimited.
Edges Square > Square Edge 13. Default settings.
4. Image > Canvas Size using these settings :
5. Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow using these settings :
6. Maximise the cowgirl tube and Edit > Copy.
Close the cowgirl tube now, we've finished with it.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Image > Resize by 60% Bicubic Resample.
All Layers - Unchecked.
Using your Mover Tool, position your cowgirl down slightly
and to the left. You can use my finished sig above as a guide.
7. Effects > Illumination Effects > Lights using these settings :
8. Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow using the same settings.
9. Set your foreground to solid colour #482919.
Set your background to solid colour #9F7C62.
Click on your text tool and add your text as follows :
You want to type it all in first like this :
WANTED
(SPACE)
DEAD
OR
ALIVE
(SPACE)
(SPACE)
(SPACE)
YOUR NAME
Then you want to highlight the word WANTED and
click on your underline button in your text entry box.
10. Selections > Promote To Layer.
Using your Mover Tool, position your text.
11. Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel > Frame Preset.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow.
Use the same settings but change the blur to 5.
12. Maximise your Sheriff's Badge tube and Edit > Copy.
Close your Badge tube, we've finished with it now.
Edit > Paste As New Layer.
Using your Mover Tool, position your badge.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow, same settings as before.
13. Layers > Merge > Merge Visible.
14. Click on your crop tool.
In your Tool Options Palette, click on Crop Settings.
Select Opaque Area - Current Layer = Checked.
Click on OK. Then click on Crop Image.
15. Layers > Merge > Merge All (Flatten).
Save as a JPG and you're done!
