Banana Pineapple Bread
* ½ cup sugar
* 1 ½ cups flour
* ¾ Tsp. baking soda
* 1 Tsp. salt
* 1 egg equivalent
* 3 mashed bananas, (extra ripe ones mash easier or you can put them into the microwave for a bit to soften them) ¼ cup crushed pineapple in its own juice, drained (save the drained juice)


Mix the dry ingredients, then mix in the wet ones. If the mixture is too dry, add some of the saved pineapple juice. Bake at 350 for about 45-60 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out nearly dry.
