Black Olive Dip
* 2 cups nonfat sour cream
* ½ cup black olives, chopped
* ¼ cup scallions, finely chopped
Combine the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Transfer the dip to a serving dish, cover, and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve with fat-free tortilla chips, celery sticks, and carrot sticks.
