Crab Dip
* 4 ounces light cream cheese
* 16 ounces lowfat cottage cheese
* 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
* 2 Tsp. prepared horseradish
* ¼ Tsp. tabasco sauce
* ¼ cup green onion, chopped
* 1 can crab meat, drained
Have cream cheese at room temperature. In blender or food processor, blend cheeses and next three ingredients until smooth. Stir in onions and seafood.
NOTES:
1 can of shrimp or clams can be substituted for the crab meat.
