It's the start of "THROUGH SUNSHINE AND RAIN"...
In the future,I'll be adding pages of poetry, inspiring thoughts,
favorite Bible verses, recipes, some humor, maybe photos, etc.

"I think I smell the coffee brewing right now.  May I pour you a cup?
Maybe you prefer tea (with lemon?), or a soda?
Let's get acquainted..."

My time is spent "sitting with the great-grands", visiting frail neighbors, going to Sr.Bingo (not serious), enjoy reading, or being on the computer.

During my lifetime I have experienced much sunshine and rain.
The Lord has become my strength, and my song!
I know that we go THROUGH the dark valley, but the Lord will LEAD us through, if we trust Him.
"All things work TOGETHER FOR GOOD..."
Many people consider me a ray of sunshine.  My desire is to touch others with a word of encouragement, share cyber-smiles and (((hugs))).

Homepages of Kristina,   my granddaughter
I enjoy crafts, but don't have expertise in any in particular;
mostly crochet potholders and knit dishcloths.

The Church Mouse (that's me) frequently sends greetings to friends, mostly those who are homebound.

Email exchanges are very appealing to me!
I have met two cyber-friends:  "juste" is a Parish Administrator; we shared an Italian dinner while I was on a Senior Trip to Laughlin, NV.
Met "Mel" in San Diego (she lives blocks from my son).

* I invite you to White Dove Ministry poems/devotions
(WhtDov1@aol.com)  I've discovered several cyber-friends there.

* I was introduced to WWSeniors newsletter online
(WWSeniors@aol.com).  It has many avenues of interests to
pursue.  I have reaped much computer tutorial helps from PC Don, who writes for seniors in understandable verbiage. Visit his site:
www.pcdon.com

* Christian sites bring inspiration and Biblical focus to me daily.
I'll be sharing some of these in my pages "some day".

My motto:  "Bloom where you are planted..."

A similar thought:
Bloom where you are planted, and spread the seeds of love and kindness
throughout your Garden of Friends."

~ THE MIRACLE OF FRIENDSHIP ~
     (author unknown)
There's a Miracle of Friendship that dwells within the heart,
And you don't know how it happens or when it gets it start---
But the happiness it brings you always gives a special lift,
And you realize that FRIENDSHIP is God's most precious gift!

My family is very important to me...
my three sons/wives live throughout California - miles apart.
I have five grown grandchildren - May I call it six?
I want to include my granddaughter's husband as a grandson.
They are so kind to me, always mindful of my needs.
Their two daughters are "my greats" (age 6 & 2 in 2002).
The girls bring many hours of happiness (and live only 5 miles from me)!

Yes, our grandchildren are God's reward for growing older!
