Will of Ulrich Keener :
    
Fayette County  Pennsylvania  Written April 09, 1784. No date of probate. 

    
In the year 1784 the ninth day of April.  To the begining of this writting, I Ulrich Kener write my testement and will over my estate and goods, and my deceased son John his oldest daughter Elizabeth Keener I will L15 and to Sam Kener have I given a place for his portion and to Elizabeth Keener, Peter Millers wife, I will her L15.  And Barbary Souter I will five pounds and a black spotted cow, and a black spotted heifer, and a deep dish and four pewter plates, six pewter spoons and a little  iron pot and a spinning wheel and the over plus of the pewter, a frying pan and a lamp and a pair of shears after my decease, and to Boston Keener have the bill of sale of my place for his portion, and a bald eagle horse, two pair of iron trafses a drawing knife and
a iron crubbing hoe and a adz plow and ten irons chvis swingle tree and a lock chain after my decease.   That I have Ulrich Kener and David Kener , Peter Kener I have given so much  that may be satisfied to see that if anything is over and that I Ulrich Keener have chosen Boston Kener and Sam Kener by my Senfe and life for executons over my estate  and goods that they shall give everyone his share what is  wit here.  And the overplus from my estate what will be found they shall sharest among them and when they cannot share it
