Tortellini with Broccoli and Peas

Ingredients
1 9-ounce package refrigerated meat- or cheese-filled tortellini
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1 ounce fontina or Swiss cheese, shredded (1/4 cup)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons snipped fresh oregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 plum tomato, cut into wedges (optional)
Fresh oregano sprigs (optional)


Directions
Prepare pasta according to package directions,
adding peas and broccoli to the water with the pasta
Drain pasta and vegetables
toss with cheese, oil, oregano, and crushed red pepper
