Pumpkin Pie

The  pulp of the pumpkins
is scooped out
Of the baked pumpkin shells
to make this favorite pie
down in the Tunnels!

Ingredients
1 9 inch unbaked pie crust
2  slightly beaten eggs
2 cups cooked pumpkin
1/4 C sugar
3/4 C dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 2/3 C evaporated milk

Directions
Combine eggs, pumpkin,
sugars, salt and spices

Gradually
add evaporated milk
Mix well
Pour into unbaked pie crust
Bake
at 425 for 15 minutes
Then
at 375 for about 40 minutes
or
until a knife inserted in the center
comes out clean
Serve with topping.....mmmmmm!!!
