| Perfectly Heavenly Appealing Roasted Pumpkin Seeds (Other wise known in the Tunnels as PHARPs) By William ^^^^^^^^^^^^ For the Children of the Tunnels Carving the Jack-O’-Lanterns is only part of the fun! After the carving is done All the seeds are cleaned And collected and given to William So he can prepare a healthy Snack for them to enjoy later in the day After the roasting is done! Of course… Even Top-Sider children can enjoy this treat too! Wash pumpkin seeds after carving Jack-o-Lanterns Soak the seeds in salt water for four hours Pat dry with a paper towel Melt 1/4 cup of butter on a cookie sheet Spread seeds on sheet roll about to coat with butter sprinkle with salt to taste Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes or to desired crispness Remember to share, and not to hog them all!
