In the 1st have we earned 12 out of 15 points, but the 2nd halve only 6. This meant that we were looking over our shoulders as the season went on, but in the end our early season form carried us through.
Although we only picked up 6 points in the 2nd halve of the season, our promotion was built on our defence by conceding the joint least goals (12) and having the 2nd highest scoring record (21), a full league table is below.
This is our first trophy in our 4 ½ years and is a long time overdue, hopefully this will set us on our way to earn some more silverware.
Congratulations to Churchill Doubtfires on their promotion as well, but condolences to The Rookies who lost out on the last day of the season, despite being in 2nd most of it.
